WEIGHTLIFTING EXERCISING SYSTEM
A weightlifting exercising system includes a frame having a pair of columns. A pair of lifting assemblies is provided and each of the columns has one of the lifting assemblies mounted thereon. The lifting assemblies each include a mount and an axle extending through the mount and rotational relative to the mount. A first arm is fixedly attached to the axle. A second arm is rotationally coupled to the axle. A lift angle is defined between the first and second arms and is alterable from 0° to 180°. A locking member releasably locks the second arm with respect to the axle such that the lift angle is releasably retained. One of the first and second arms has a handle attached thereto and the other of the first and second arms has a weight receiver attached thereto. One or more weight plates is removably positionable on the weight receiver.
DEVICE FOR REDUCING ANTERIOR PELVIC TILT AND A METHOD FOR ITS USE
An exercise device and a method for its use to aid in the correction of Anterior pelvic tilt. A base has an upper support and a lower support. The base device is strapped around a user’s stomach and connected to a rope. The rope passes through the user’s legs and is attached to a weight holder behind the user. As the user walks forward, the weight holder is dragged along the floor and the force of the weights on the weight holder pressed the base against the user’s stomach and aids in proper alignment of the pelvic region.
Abdominal exercise machine
The abdominal exercise machine may comprise an upper armature, a lower armature, a central bar, and a plurality of weight discs. The abdominal exerciser may be adapted to be lifted by a user in order to perform one or more resistance training exercises. The upper armature may be adapted to be grasped by the user while the user lifts the abdominal exerciser. The plurality of weight discs may detachably couple to the central bar in order to establish the amount of resistance to lifting. The lower armature may elevate the plurality of weight discs and the upper armature. The vertical height of the plurality of weight discs and the upper armature be telescopically adjusted for the comfort and safety of the user. The abdominal exercise machine may be suspended from a pair of hooks of an equipment stand when not in use.
MODULAR EXERCISE APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHODS
An exercise system includes a base module having a seat with a seat depth, and a vertically adjustable back configured to fixedly engage with the base module at a first seat depth and a second seat depth different from the first seat depth.
Exercise Machine with Levitated Platform
An improved exercise machine has a stationary longitudinal monorail structure that extends between front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and an exercise platform mounted on a levitated carriage that is reciprocally movable along the monorail between the stationary platforms. Magnetic elements arranged on various opposing surfaces of the carriage and monorail generate magnetic forces that levitate and stabilize the carriage as it moves relative to the monorail thus substantially eliminating contact friction. Springs selectively attachable to the movable platform provide a resistance force for exercising. Pseudo-levitation and eddy brake elements on the carriage and monorail structure further stabilize the carriage and platform.
Exercise machine with adjustable platforms
An exercise machine with adjustable platforms for adjusting the angular orientation of one or more end platforms and/or carriage platform to allow for a wide range of exercise moves. The exercise machine includes a rail to which a carriage is movably connected and a first end platform connected to an end of the rail. The carriage includes a platform which may be adjusted between a level position in which the platform is laid flat and a raised position in which the platform is at an angular incline. The first end platform may similarly and independently be adjustable between the level position in which the first end platform is laid flat and a raised position in which the first end platform is at an angular incline. In some embodiments, the exercise machine may include a second end platform which is similarly adjustable between a level position and a raised position.
Size-adjustable weight plate accepting training device
A training device may include a frame. The frame may include a main shaft having proximal and distal ends; a left mount and a right mount each disposed perpendicular to the main shaft; a weight guard extending radially from the main shaft; a sheath protruding from the main shaft; and a fastener well disposed on the sheath. Further, the training device may include a t-bar. The t-bar may include a support member comprising a plurality of holes. The sheath may be sized to accept the support member. A left rail and a right rail may each be disposed orthogonal to the support member.
Exercise machine inclination device
An exercise machine inclination device for providing variable exercise intensity on an exercise machine by inclining the exercise machine. The exercise machine inclination device generally includes a base adapted for being positioned upon a floor, a support structure adapted for supporting the exercise machine, a hinge pivotally connecting the base and the support structure and an actuator connected between the base and the support structure, wherein the actuator adjusts an angle of the support structure.
End platform for an exercise machine
An end platform for an exercise machine for increased support of an exerciser's spine, neck and head which allows for an expanded scope of exercises that cannot otherwise be performed on the machine without the improved platform. The end platform for an exercise machine generally includes a novel, ergonomically improved stationary platform affixed to at least one opposed end of a substantially longitudinal exercise machine that includes at least a resistance biased reciprocating platform. The improved end platform provides for increased support of exercisers' spine, neck and head, thereby allowing for an expanded scope of exercises that cannot otherwise be performed on the machine without the improved platform, and further provides for the attachment of new and novel exercise equipment accessories to the exercise machine.
Water weight training device
The invention presented is an aquatic weight training device that enables weight training in an aquatic environment while allowing eccentric weight training. The inventive device includes at least one hollow bar with hollow weights attached at each end. The end weights each include a plurality of holes that allow a user to fill the end weights under water then controllably empty the end weights while exercising. The end weights may be fixedly or releasably attached to the bar.
