CONTROL MECHANISM AND METHOD OF A HYBRID HEATING SYSTEM
Disclosed is an outdoor cooking appliance with a control mechanism for controlling a heating system to provide heat to a cooking chamber of the appliance within a more precise range in temperature. For example, fuel provided to a burn pot for combustion to reach a range of a target temperature of the cooking chamber. A heating element provides additional heat to bring the temperature of the cooking chamber closer to the target temperature.
Pellet stove
A pellet stove includes a hopper for storing pellets, a basket for receiving the pellets by gravity, a duct for conveying combustion air to the basket, and a conduit for conducting heated air away from the basket. The position of the basket is adjustable, such as by raising and lowering it, or by rotating it, so as to control the number of pellets in the area of most intense combustion. One or more optional burn plates, positioned below the basket, provide platforms on which pellets falling through the basket can burn down to a smaller size. The pellet stove requires no external source of power. The stove so constructed enables quiet, efficient and clean burning of the pellets.

Furnace using biomass pellets as fuel
A furnace using biomass pellets as fuel, comprising a housing arranged on a base, wherein the housing is internally provided with a burning chamber, the bottom of which is provided with a burning grate, and the burning chamber is connected with a primary oxygen supply device; the primary oxygen supply device comprises an oxygen supply cylinder that communicates with the outside, and the bottom end of the oxygen supply cylinder is connected with an oxygen supply pipe II configured to blow air over the burning grate, and a plurality of air outlet holes I is defined in the oxygen supply cylinder.
Pellet hopper liner
A pellet hopper for use in a pellet grill includes a first bottom panel, a second bottom panel, and a third bottom panel. Each bottom panel has an inner edge that partially defines a pellet evacuation opening. The first, second, and third bottom panels form respective first, second, and third nonzero angles relative to a horizontal plane. In this way, each bottom panel tilts downward toward the pellet evacuation opening.
PELLET GRILLS
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a lid, a cooking chamber, an engine, and one or more processors. The lid is movable between a closed position and an open position. The engine is configured to output heat to the cooking chamber. The one or more processors are configured to detect a closing movement of the lid. In response to detecting the closing movement, the one or more processors are configured to command the engine to operate in an increased output mode that increases the heat output of the engine.
Combustion Device
The invention relates to a combustion device for burning fuel such as wood, wood chips, wood pellets, or the like, wherein the combustion device comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the second chamber is arranged underneath the first chamber and the first chamber receives the fuel, wherein the first chamber comprises, at the bottom, an intermediate layer of combustible material which holds the fuel in the first chamber as long as the intermediate layer is not damaged or destroyed by combustion and such that, following damage to or destruction of the intermediate layer, fuel located in the first chamber falls into the second chamber, wherein, during the combustion process in the first chamber, substantially gas combustion is caused and, after the fuel has been conveyed into the second chamber, coal burning preferably occurs, or the fuel may be removed from the second chamber through an opening.
