AN ARRANGEMENT HANDLING PURGED ALCOHOL-BASED FUEL AND A METHOD THEREOF
An arrangement and a method for handling purged alcohol-based fuel originating from an alcohol fuel system configured to fuel an alcohol fueled engine, the arrangement comprising: a boiler system comprising a burner and a fuel inlet configured to selectively supply a fuel and thereby selectively sustain a primary flame in the burner for production of heat and/or steam in the boiler system, a purge connection configured to receive a purge mixture purged from the alcohol fuel system using an inert gas, the purge mixture comprising a mixture of the inert gas and purged alcohol-based fuel, and a vapor-liquid separator.
Dual fuel nozzle with swirling axial gas injection for a gas turbine engine
A fuel nozzle for a combustor of a gas turbine engine includes an outer air swirler along an axis, the outer air swirler defines an outer annular air passage. An inner air swirler along the axis defines an annular fuel gas passage around the axis between the outer air swirler and the inner air swirler, the annular fuel gas passage terminates with a multiple of skewed slots.

Wellhead gas heater
Systems and methods are disclosed that may include providing a wellhead gas burner to burn wellhead gas produced from a wellhead to heat water and/or other chemicals used in hydrocarbon production and/or well completion processes, including, but not limited to hydraulic fracturing (fracking). The wellhead gas burner may include a pressure regulator and an expansion chamber that permit the wellhead gas burner to continuously operate and accommodate wellhead gas pressure fluctuations. The wellhead gas burner may also be configured as a primary heat source and integrated with a traditional propane/diesel gas burner system configured as a supplemental heat source. The wellhead gas burner may also be mounted to a mobile superheater truck.

SWITCHING DEVICE OF GAS VALVE
A switching device includes a rod, a rotating shaft, and a valve assembly including a cover and a plug member. The cover engaged with the valve body has a first block section, a second block section, a space, and a threaded hole communicates with the space. The plug member is rotatably provided in a chamber of the cover, changing an area of an opening of an inlet hole. The rotating shaft has a projection is adapted to drive the plug member to rotate. A rod body of the rod has a threaded section engaged with the threaded hole. When the projection abuts against the first block section, the plug member seals the inlet hole. When the projection abuts against the rod, the plug member changes the area to a first area. When the projection abuts against the second block section, the plug member changes the area to a second area.

Dual fuel heating system
A dual fuel heating system can be used in a gas appliance. A dual fuel heating system can have a fuel selector valve for selecting between a first fuel and a second fuel different from the first. The dual fuel heating system can include a regulator unit configured to regulate the pressure of the two different fuels. The selector valve determines which flow path for which fuel is open and which is closed.

Dual Mode Regenerative Burner System and a Method of Heating a Furnace Using a Dual Mode Regenerative Burner System
A method and apparatus for heating a furnace using a burner system having first and second burner assemblies, each including a burner and a regenerative media bed, the method including operating the first burner assembly in a firing mode and the second burner assembly in a regeneration mode, switching the first burner assembly from the firing mode to the regeneration mode and the second burner assembly from the regeneration mode to the firing mode, and operating the second burner assembly in the firing mode and the first burner assembly in the regeneration mode. The burner assembly in the firing mode may be fired in either a first operating mode where the burner is supplied with preheated low calorific fuel and the burner is supplied with oxidizing gas or a second operating mode where the burner is supplied with preheated oxidizing gas and the burner is supplied with high calorific fuel.
