Grips for a Handle on a Hockey Stick
Provided herein are grip devices, grip members and a set of grip devices for the handle of a hockey stick. The grips generally are a hollow member with a substantially cuboidal body adapted to receive the handle therein. The devices have an outer surface and a bore defining a cuboidal inner surface therein with proximal and distal open ends. A slit is formed into the bore between the open ends through which the handle is securely and removably received. The outer diameter of the grip is uniform along the length. The grip may have a stop member formed within the bore.
Grip for Handles on Sports Equipment
Provided herein are grip devices and handle grips for the handle of a baseball bat. The devices and grips generally are a hollow member with a substantially cylindrical body or a tubular sleeve adapted to receive the handle therein. The devices and grips have an outer surface and a bore defining an inner surface therein with proximal and distal open ends. A slit is formed into the bore between the open ends through which the handle is securely and removably received. The outer diameter of the grip is uniform along the length. The diameter of the bore may be uniform along its length or greater than the uniform diameter at the proximal open end and tapering to the uniform diameter.
ERGONOMIC HELD WEIGHT UNITS, RELATED COMPUTING DEVICE APPLICATIONS AND METHOD OF USE
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
Exercise machine tension device securing system
An exercise machine tension device securing system for safely and efficiently securing selectable biasing members to an exercise machine. The exercise machine tension device securing system generally includes an exercise machine including a frame and a carriage movably positioned on the frame. A plurality of tension devices may be connected to the frame at one end; with the other end being removably connected to the carriage by a selection device. The selection device may include a plurality of slots for removably receiving one or more of the tension devices to secure the tension devices selectively to the carriage. A securing member movably connected to the selection device includes projections adapted to selectively enclose the slots so as to secure the tension devices within the slots of the selection device.
Exercise tubing for high intensity interval training and methods of use
An exercise apparatus for high intensity interval training includes a pair of elastomer tubing devices being stretchable beyond a resting length and further having a first end forming a hand grip for a user, and an opposing end including an anchor portion to enable releasable attachment to a fixed mount. The elastomer tubing devices are independently affixable to one or more fixed mounts at a first distance between the respective anchor portions along a transverse plane and a second distance above ground level to permit independent or tandem oscillation by the user, wherein the elastomer tubing devices are stretched a predetermined distance beyond the resting length and maintained approximately at the predetermined distance during the oscillation. Mechanical impedance of the elastomer tubing devices is adjustable by the user working against inertia generated during the oscillation.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus comprises a movable carriage having a generally flat top surface, the carriage being movably mounted on parallel track members of a frame having a head end and a foot end, the carriage having a pair of shoulder stops mounted thereto and plurality of elastic members connected between the foot end and the carriage to elastically bias the carriage toward the foot end of the frame. The apparatus has a movable spring anchor bar and carriage stop assembly comprising an anchor bar with at least one elongated stop member arranged perpendicular to and secured to the anchor bar, the stop member having a carriage stop surface located towards the end of the stop member remote from the anchor bar and the stop member further comprising at least one movable means of engagement with the frame of the exercise apparatus. The anchor bar and stop assembly may easily be moved and readjusted one handed with safety and smooth operation.
Foot exercise brace and ball device
A universal foot exercise brace and ball device with new and useful characteristics for massaging and rehabilitating the plantar fascia is presented. An adjustable ankle brace surrounding the ankle naturally connects to a curvilinear tongue surface that rests over the top portion of the foot defining a passageway for a shock cord. An upper cord lock subsequently accommodates and sizes the shock cord, which in turn holds a spherical ball designed for massaging the tissues found at the bottom of the foot. Together, all the components of this utilitarian device work as one embodiment and integrated unit leaving the plantar fascia completely unobstructed to be massaged using this new device and method that securely holds a ball in place under the foot while it operates rolling under all sections of the plantar fascia as intended by the user.
THERAPEUTIC OR EXERCISE ELASTOMER PUTTY SPECIALLY FORMULATED WITH CBD OIL AND/OR DMSO TO REDUCE PAIN AND INFLAMMATION DURING HAND EXERCISE OR REHABILITATION
A therapeutic or exercise putty includes a boronated silicone elastomer serving as the base ingredient or component and CBD or CBG oil or powder, DMSO, or CBD or CBG oil or powder together with DMSO, as a secondary ingredient mixed with the base putty. The inclusion of any one of the aforementioned secondary ingredients will reduce the pain and inflammation when the putty is used for hand rehabilitation or exercise by users and patients. Added side effects of reduced stress, tension or discomfort also contribute to a positive rehabilitation exercise experience that supports better user or patient health.
DYNAMIC PROPRIOCEPTION
A wearable device such as a garment is disclosed, having at least one sensor, for sensing a parameter. Electronics are provided for processing the sensed parameter, and for providing feedback. Feedback may be in the form of proprioceptive tactile or audible feedback, or in the form of an adjustment of a performance parameter of the wearable device. In one implementation, the processor is configured to activate an effector to provide feedback to the wearer to make a body position correction to bring the position into alignment with predetermined body position reference data.
Conditioning massage sleeve for gamers
Conditioning devices for gainers and eSports athletes are presented. The devices includes a wrist rest device, a massage sleeve, a hand exercise bracelet, a knuckle bracelet and a tri-finger exercise device. The wrist rest device is configured to provide appropriate warmth to the forearms while gaming, using a keyboard, or any data input device. The massage sleeve is configured to be wrapped around a person's forearm. It includes multiple elevated geometric shapes that are be built into the fabric of the material to provide appropriate pressure along the musculature of the wrist and forearm. The hand exercise bracelet, the knuckle bracelet and the tri-finger exercise device are configured for increasing the flexion, extension, abduction, adduction and intrinsic muscle strength of fingers, wrists, and forearms especially for individuals who do extensive amounts of keyboarding as well as texting, typing, gaming, and data entry.
