Integrated fabric system for apparel
An article of apparel including an integrated fabric system, with or without strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistant materials, which optimizes conditioning, strengthening, endurance, enhancement, training, performance, functional longevity, benefits of daily activity, movement therapy, and/or other diverse medical and/or therapeutic uses, and, all while reducing the possibility of injury. The article enables the user to receive medical and/or therapeutic benefits and to increase production of kinetic energy, through weighted and/or elastic resistance, as required by the user's particularized needs. The user may benefit from the medical/therapeutic properties during periods of activity or inactivity. Benefits are achieved through the integration of fabrics and strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistance materials into the article based upon the kinetic energy created, necessitated, and/or dissipated by a specific movement(s) and/or medical or therapeutic requirements.

FOOT TRAINING DEVICE AND FOOT TRAINING METHOD
A training device and a method for training a foot using the using the device; the device including a fulcrum placed at a center, four projections, and projecting in different directions from the fulcrum, each of the four projections having, at least in a portion thereof, elastic members that are bendable. The training device is configured to improve foot muscle strength by bending and stretching the elastic members. At least two of the four projections have different degrees of elasticity in flexure as determined when a force is applied to a distal end of each of the at least two projections to bend the elastic members. The four projections project in cross directions from the fulcrum at the center, and, for each pair of projections that oppose each other across the fulcrum, the projections are arranged on a straight line. None of the four projections has an annular structure.
Exercise machine resistance adjustment system
An exercise machine resistance adjustment system for providing an exerciser the ability to immediately adjust the resistance force by changing their body position on the movable carriage or end platforms. The exercise machine resistance adjustment system generally includes a frame, a carriage movably positioned on the frame, a spring connected to the carriage to apply a biasing force to the carriage, one or more left projections within the carriage adapted for a left hand of an exerciser to grasp, and one or more right projections within the carriage adapted for a right hand of an exerciser to grasp. The exerciser is able to efficiently adjust the amount of resistance force applied to the carriage by repositioning their hands (or feet) from a first set of projections at a first distance to a second set of projections at a second distance from the first end of the exercise machine.

Restoring mechanism and exercising device
A restoring mechanism for providing a restoring force to an exercising device which includes a fixing structure and a wheel is provided. The restoring mechanism includes a restoring set, a driving set and a connecting set. The restoring set includes a fixed portion and a link-up portion. The fixed portion is connected to the fixing structure. The driving set is connected to the link-up portion. The connecting set is selectively coupled to the driving set. When the connecting set is coupled to the driving set, rotation of the wheel causes the driving set to drive the restoring set such that the restoring set is allowed to accumulate energy.
Continuous loop exercise apparatus and method
A versatile, multi-purpose and portable continuous loop exercise apparatus designed so as to enable users thereof to exercise multiple body parts through resistive training. The unique continuously looped structure enables users to perform various exercises. The continuous loop exercise apparatus may be utilized in combination with the floor, on the chair, or can be placed on a table or countertop without the requirement to reconfigure or reassemble the product. The one-piece curved design allows users with different body builds to perform the same exercises appropriately by changing the holding user-to-apparatus contact positions rather than by adjusting the dimensions of the equipment.

Exercising device for muscle strengthening
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an exercise device. In one embodiment, an exercise device includes a first arm and a second arm opposing the first arm. The first arm includes a first arc portion, a second arc portion, and a third arc portion, wherein the first arc portion is disposed between and coupled to the second arc portion and the third arc portion, and the second arc portion and the third arc portion are equal in size and a duplicate image of each other with respect to an axis passing through a center point of the first arc portion. The second arm is coupled to the first arm via a pair of parallel bars. The first arm and the second arm are a duplicate image of each other, and the first arm, the second arm, and the pair of parallel bars form a quadrilateral frame.
WHEELED EXERCISE APPARATUS
A wheeled exercise apparatus may include a single wheel, a central axle, a contoured body, a pair of handles, a pair of paddles and a clamping mechanism or torsion spring. A single wheel may have an interior cavity in the center with an opening on both sides of the wheel. A central axle may be housed inside of the interior cavity of the wheel. The contoured body may be connected to the central axle protruding from the sides of the wheel. The contoured body may further include two storage areas where may house and secure a pair of knee pads. The pair of handles may be connected to the contoured body's left and right sides. The pair of paddles may be attached on either side of the central axle. Each of the paddle may slide over the central axle and fastens through a clamping mechanism or a torsion spring.
