PORTABLE DEVICES FOR EXERCISING MUSCLES IN THE ANKLE, FOOT, AND/OR LEG, AND RELATED METHODS
A method for exercising muscles in an ankle, foot, and/or leg of a user includes positioning a foot of a user onto a first body of an exercise device. The first body is spaced away from a second body of the device and pivotably connected to the second body of the device at a pivot axis. The pivot axis is adjacent to a central portion of the first body. The method includes rotating the first body about the pivot axis, with the foot, against a first resistive force. Rotating the first body includes subjecting the foot to a first motion. The method includes positioning the foot onto the second body. The method includes rotating the second body about the pivot axis, with the foot, against a second resistive force. Rotating the second body includes subjecting the foot to a second motion, the second motion being different than the first motion.

ORO-FACIAL EXERCISER
An oro-facial exerciser apparatus for exercising and training the muscles of the lips and cheeks of a user's face, utilizes a pair of legs that are pivotally connected together to pivot between a substantially closed together state and a splayed apart state. The legs each have a proximal end proximate the pivot and a distal end remote from the pivot having a mouth mounting formation to mount the distal end to a respective opposing location of the user's mouth and the exerciser further has a resilient biasing means between the legs to bias them towards a splayed state and thereby provide a resistance force against which the user's lips and/or cheeks press in use for exercising and training the muscles. The resilient biasing means are demountably mounted on the legs, enabling them to be replaced with an alternative biasing means for altering the resistance.

Chest expander
Provided is a chest expander including a pair of operational arms having upper ends rotatably coupled to a head and moving to approach or be spaced apart from each other and a pair of gas springs disposed crosswise between the pair of operational arms. In the operational arm, a longitudinal hole configured to guide one end of the gas spring to move are formed. A guide coupled to the one end of the gas spring are arranged in the longitudinal holes. A Holding device holds the guide at a selected position. Intensity of elastic force provided by the gas spring is adjustable by adjusting a position of the one end of the gas spring.
