Multi-purpose jump fitness, resistance strength and boxing training device, system and method

Using a combination of jump rope, resistance band and boxing fitness instruments, one can get a robust anaerobic and aerobic exercise experience. However, traditional jump rope equipment requires the operator to be in a location that has ample height and space around them to accommodate the range of the rope being swung around the body. In addition, the ground surface that a traditional jump rope would be hitting may not always be ideal such as carpet, sand, and the like which diminishes the rhythm of the workout. The single unit multi-purpose jump fitness, boxing training and resistance strength device described herein eliminates the need for most of these restrictive considerations as there is no “rope” to jump over when in jump rope workout mode. Rather, the operator swings two specialized end handle units in a “jump rope” fashion while holding adjustable jump handles.

A circular block system that comprises of a circular block that has an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side, the peripheral sides have the same height. Opposing channels are defined on the outer peripheral sides. Crossing linear channels are defined on the bottom of the circular block. The crossing linear channels connect the opposing channels. A resistance band is passed through the crossing linear channels when using the circular block system to stretch or exercise. The top of the circular block is a non-slip surface.

Exercise Machine Tension Device Securing System

An exercise machine tension device securing system for safely and efficiently securing selectable biasing members to an exercise machine. The exercise machine tension device securing system generally includes an exercise machine including a frame and a carriage movably positioned on the frame. A plurality of tension devices may be connected to the frame at one end; with the other end being removably connected to the carriage by a selection device. The selection device may include a plurality of slots for removably receiving one or more of the tension devices to secure the tension devices selectively to the carriage. A securing member movably connected to the selection device includes projections adapted to selectively enclose the slots so as to secure the tension devices within the slots of the selection device.

A system and method for providing an exercise bar for a user to use for rowing or other exercises in the water of the spa or adjacent to the spa. The exercise bar may comprise a central hub, and two sides, each with a first inner tube attached to opposing side of the central hub and a an outer tube in telescoping connection with the inner tube, and a handgrip in connection with the first outer tube. A connector may be mounted to the central hub, the connector to enable the exercise bar to be connected to one or more resistance cables. The exercise bar may be adjustable from a first, shorter length for use with exercises in which a user's hands are positioned closer together and a second, longer length for use with exercises in which a user's hands are positioned father apart.

ABDONIMAL EXERCISE DEVICE WITH TETHER ASSEMBLY FOR CONNECTION TO A RESISTANCE ASSEMBLY
20230131423 · 2023-04-27 ·

The invention provides an exercise device used by a person to perform abdominal exercises, where the device comprises a weighted ball designed such that the user U can “single-hand drive” the ball through both the concentric portion and eccentric portion of the exercise movement without experiencing unwanted twisting motion of the ball while it is being held during performance of the abdominal exercises. A tether assembly includes a first tether segment and a second tether segment, both being affixed to an outer surface of the ball by a top connector assembly and a bottom connector assembly to define a first and second gaps. The top and bottom connectors reside along a connector axis that extends through the center of the ball. A first coupler extends from the first tether segment for operable connection to a resistance assembly. A second coupler extends from the second tether segment for operable connection to the resistance assembly. The first and second couplers are in an opposed positional relationship and are oriented 90 degrees from each of the top connector assembly and the bottom connector assembly.
