Weighted Fitness Hoop
A weighted fitness hoop apparatus for cardiovascular and resistance exercise. The hoop comprises an elliptical tubular sheath with two end portions, the ends selectively engageable by a coupler. A hollow core extends through the length of the tubular sheath and is optionally fillable with a weight or light. The coupler is insertably engaged with the hollow core at the first and second ends of the elliptical tubular sheath, and the power source for the light is removably attached to surface of the hoop.
FLEXIBLE EXERCISE HOOP APPARATUS AND METHOD
A flexible exercise hoop apparatus, and methods of using same, being a material formed of a pliable, flexible, resilient hollow loop. The hollow loop is a continuous closed loop of rubber silicone, the invention having an internal hollow tubed cavity around its circumference, said cavity being dimensioned so as to receive a liquid, such as water or other dense liquid or ballast such as brine or beet juice.
DEVICE FOR EXERCISING THE PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES
The present invention relates to a device for exercising the pelvic floor muscles in women, which comprises a main component (A), a secondary component (B) and a set of external weights (P).
Component (A) is directly related to pelvic floor muscle contraction exercise. Component (B) allows the evaluation and monitoring of contraction exercises by measuring the displacement of a rod on a graduated ruler. The set of weights (P), with different loads, allows it to impose resistance of different magnitudes on the muscle exercises to be performed, according to the user's needs and objectives.
Thus, this invention falls within the technical field of mechanical functioning devices, with application to the medical area, for the treatment and/or prevention of pathological situations related to the alteration of the muscular function of the pelvic floor region.
Loadable dumbbell assembly and bumper weights for a loadable dumbbell
A combination loadable dumbbell and bumper weight including a loadable dumbbell having a central shaft and opposing sleeves. At least one bumper weight having a core and a bumper portion surrounding the core is provided. The core has a central bore. The at least one bumper weight can be slid over one of the opposing sleeves so that the opposing sleeve is directed into the central bore.
Exercise device
The disclosure provides an exercise device comprising a weighted head and handle to simulate swinging a sledgehammer without causing the damage typically resulting from a sledgehammer having a solid head or hammer portion attached to a handle. Some embodiments provide quick release connectors between the weighted head and the handle. Methods for producing and using the weighted head and handle are also disclosed.
HEALTH HOOP
The present invention relates to a health hoop comprising a ring, a weight device, and a guide device with an end being attached to the weight device and the other end being received within the ring, wherein the ring virtually remains stationary when the health hoop is used, and the weight device rotates about the ring while being guided by the guide device, wherein the weight device is attached to the guide device via a strap with an adjustable length. This health hoop of simple structure and easy manipulation can be used by different people to make individualized fitness plans, and can minimize the risk of injuring the muscles and joints of body parts to be exercised.
Portable arm movement exercise device utilizing centripetal and reactive centrifugal force principles
A device to strengthen a person's arm muscles through the utilization of a portable device including a handle portion and a weight component with the two components separated by a flexible rod is provided. Such a device allows for the user to grip the handle portion and act as if they are throwing such a handle portion while the weight end moves along an arc defined through the length of the flexible rod. The resultant action is the generation of centripetal force along the defined arc with the reactive centrifugal force providing resistance to the user's arm muscles in a manner that is unique and heretofore unattainable through the utilization of a portable exercise device. The flexible rod component provides at least 1 foot (100 cm) of spacing between the handle portion and the weight portion.
HULA HOOP
A hula hoop, comprising a hoop body which includes a plurality of unit sections connected end to end, two adjacent unit sections are detachably connected to each other through a connecting member, and each unit section has an accommodating groove for inserting the connecting member. The front section and the rear section of the connecting member are inserted into the accommodating grooves of two adjacent unit sections, and the unit section has a locking mechanism for keeping the connecting member in the accommodating groove. The hoop body comprises a plurality of unit sections connected end to end. Two adjacent unit sections are connected to each other through a connecting member, which can realize the rapid disassembhly and assembly of the unit sections. By increasing or reducing the number of unit sections, the inner diameter of the hoop body can be changed to adapt to exercisers with different body shapes, and the hoop body can be opened at any position, which is more convenient to operate than the prior art.
FITNESS DEVICE
The invention relates to a fitness device having a rigid tubular frame which has a continuous shape and consists of one region with a handle and one region with a running surface, at least two rollers and two shock absorbers. The shock absorbers delimit the region with the running surface. The at least two rollers are held via a retaining tubular frame and can be moved on the running surface of the frame. The at least two rollers can be moved on the running surface between the two shock absorbers. A weight is attached to the retaining tubular frame screws and wing nuts are arranged on the retaining tubular frame. The rolling force of the rollers can be adjusted using the screws and wing nuts.
Pronator supinator wrist deviator exercise device
A pronation supination wrist deviator exercise device includes a handle having a proximal portion and a distal portion; a shaft defining a longitudinal axis extending from a proximal end to a distal end; and a head portion having a predetermined weight. The head portion or the handle are mounted for relative movement on the shaft between a first position and a second position. The head portion and the handle define a first distance. The predetermined weight of the head portion represents a first weight. The first weight multiplied by the first distance represents a first effective torque of the device. When the distance between the head portion and the distal portion of the handle is changed to at least a second distance, the first weight multiplied by the second distance represents at least a second effective torque of the device.
