Apparatus and method for exercising with a child attached to the legs
An apparatus and method for exercising with a child attached to the legs is disclosed. An example embodiment includes: a child wrap portion having ends that can be wrapped around and secure a child; a leg wrap portion having ends that can be wrapped around attached to the legs of a user; and a connecting portion integrated between the child wrap portion and the leg wrap portion.
Apparatus and method for exercising with a child attached to the legs
An apparatus and method for exercising with a child attached to the legs is disclosed. An example embodiment includes: a child wrap element having a portion that can be wrapped around and secure a child; a leg wrap portion having at least one loop that can be secured to the legs of a user; and a connecting portion integrated between the child wrap portion and the leg wrap portion.
EXERCISE DEVICE
Disclosed is an exercise device including flexible suspension unit, a mass, a fastening element and optionally a separate grip, wherein: a) the flexible suspension unit, elongated and thin in shape, are connectable at the level of at least a first end to the fastening element and at the level of an opposite end to one of such components; b) the mass has a through hole through which the suspension unit passes, the through hole being provided with a first opening and a second opening; and c) the fastening element can be blocked on the body of the mass.
Interacting Exercise Device
An interacting exercise device is revealed. The interacting exercise device includes a driving device and a non-concentric actuator driven by the driving device. While the driving device is operated to rotate, the non-concentric actuator vibrates and the vibration generated is delivered to the interacting exercise device for interacting shaking fitness.
Muscle Exercising Apparatus
An exercise apparatus is provided. The exercise apparatus includes a substantially round, hollow element having an exterior surface and an interior cavity, with the round, hollow element having a U-shaped cross-section, the U-shape including two distal ends. The exercise apparatus also includes at least two rims, each rim positioned about a portion of the round, hollow element at each distal end of the U-shape. A spacer member is located between each distal end of the U-shape and between the rims and at least two fasteners extend between both of the at least two rims, the fasteners providing a clamping force to the at least two rims so that the spacer member and both distal ends of the round, hollow element are fixed relative to each other.
Portable arm movement exercise device utilizing centripetal and reactive centrifugal force principles
A device to strengthen a person's arm muscles through the utilization of a portable device including a handle portion and a weight component with the two components separated by a flexible rod. Such a device allows for the user to grip the handle portion and act as if they are throwing such a handle portion while the weight end moves along an arc defined through the length of the flexible rod. The resultant action is the generation of centripetal force along the defined arc with the reactive centrifugal force providing resistance to the user's arm muscles in a manner that is unique and heretofore unattainable through the utilization of a portable exercise device. The flexible rod component provides at least 10 inches (25.4 cm) of spacing between the handle portion (which may be in the form of a sphere, such as a baseball or softball, or a handle, or any other typical implement that a person may throw or swing) and the weight portion (which may be of any configuration to permit increase or decrease of the weight present thereon).
EXERCISE DEVICE AND SPORTING EQUIPMENT WITH SAID DEVICE
Exercise device for a sporting device, including at least a fixed structure and a movable element and optionally a mass hanging from the movable element, wherein: a) the fixed structure, extending at least partially longitudinally along an axis X, is connectable by way of an end portion to a portion of a rod of the sporting device, this structure including at least one limit stop positioned at the free end or between the free end and the movable element, and b) a movable element connectable to the fixed structure and adapted to carry out at least a sliding translation movement with respect to the fixed structure along the axis X.
JUMP ROPE DEVICE WITH REMOVABLY-CONNECTED CABLE
A jump rope device includes a connection assembly having a male connecting member and a female connecting member. The male connecting member includes a head having first and second locking projections. The female connecting member defines an opening configured to receive at least a portion of the male connecting member into an internal cavity. The female connecting member includes first and second locking arms that are biased into a first position, and configured to move from the first position into a second position when the male connecting member is inserted into the opening. Rotation of the male connecting member relative to the female connecting member moves the locking projections out of contact with the locking arms and into respective apertures defined in the female connecting member, allowing the locking arms to return to the first position and creating a secure connection between the male and female connecting members.
Pronator supinator wrist deviator exercise device
A pronation supination wrist deviator exercise device includes a handle having a proximal portion and a distal portion; a shaft defining a longitudinal axis extending from a proximal end to a distal end; and a head portion having a predetermined weight. The head portion or the handle are mounted for relative movement on the shaft between a first position and a second position. The head portion and the handle define a first distance. The predetermined weight of the head portion represents a first weight. The first weight multiplied by the first distance represents a first effective torque of the device. When the distance between the head portion and the distal portion of the handle is changed to at least a second distance, the first weight multiplied by the second distance represents at least a second effective torque of the device.
Agility Enhancement Apparatus
An agility enhancement apparatus and method of use for an individual to engage in manual agility enhancement activity, the agility enhancement apparatus includes a beam having a proximal end portion and an opposing distal end portion with a longitudinal axis spanning therebetween, further included in the agility enhancement apparatus is a weight affixed to the distal end portion, wherein the weight makes the distal end portion weigh more than the proximal end portion.
Also included in the agility enhancement apparatus is a flexible tether extension having a first end portion and an opposing second end portion with a longwise axis spanning therebetween, the flexible tether extension first end portion is affixed to the proximal end portion wherein the flexible tether second end portion is a free cantilever end, wherein operationally the individual grasps the tether second end portion and swings the beam in a free movement pattern.
