Medicine ball
A medicine ball includes a central member with a pair of opposing concave sides. Further, convex attachments are each adapted to mate with the concave sides of the central member to form a sphere. These convex attachments are fastened together to the concave sides by a pair of fasteners, such as zippers. Additionally, attachment ports which can receive an exercise attachment are each positioned within the central member. Examples of exercise attachments include a barbell bar, a handgrip, and a pair of roller pairs, among others. In an alternative embodiment the attachment ports are positioned within the convex attachments. Further, an article of clothing has a receptacle to receive the convex attachments.
Convertible Weight Training System
A convertible weight system includes a weight having a first and a second side. The first side has a threaded extension extending outwardly. The system includes a threaded chamber adapted to receive a second threaded extension. The threaded chamber is located on the second side of the weight. The system includes at least one spring adapted to extend from a first location on the weight. The system includes a spring socket adapted to receive a second spring. The spring socket is located at a second location. A connecting mechanism that includes a threaded extension extending outwardly from a first surface. The connecting mechanism includes a threaded chamber adapted to receive a second threaded extension for application in a kettlebell, barbell or dumbbell configuration.
KINZI
The present invention discloses an interactive exercising apparatus. The invention describes an exercising apparatus that includes a long rope connected to a rubber ring at one end and to a handle at the other end. The rope also consists of a small plastic two way swivel to connect the rubber ring with the rope and avoid rolling of the rope while the exercising apparatus is being rotated during exercise. The invention is designed for two to forty participants that require a leader and players and is described as a rotating large group jump rope that comes with more than twenty variations. The invention is provided to promote active and healthy lifestyle, to get participants moving, having fun and develop fitness skills.
GRASPABLE EXERCISER
An exerciser graspable by a user to perform a physical exercise is provided. The exercise has a ring extending about a device axis, and at least one ballast element having a linear extension along a main axis between a connection portion and a final end distal from the device axis. Each ballast element is freely connected to the ring by the connection portion, allowing a movement of universal type of the ballast element with respect to the ring in absence of a user's support.
Apparatus for Resistance-Based Fitness Training
An improved resistance-based fitness apparatus is described. This improved resistance-based fitness apparatus may be transformed in multiple temporary yet stable shapes by the user, such that the all or some apparatus subsections may move freely be immobilized in a fixed position or manipulated by the user into various shapes. An improved joint-based connector apparatus is further described herein which may enable the improved resistance-based fitness apparatus described herein to be transformed into multiple temporary yet stable shapes with subsections that are either freely moving, immobilized in a fixed position, or a combination thereof. This improved joint may connect one or more objects while also providing for three-dimensional non-coplanar movement that may be selectively locked or unlocked at a variety of angles by a single activating action (e.g., pressing a button). The improved joint may also be fashioned into useful devices in various other arts beyond the fitness arts.
Weight training chain apparatus and method of use
A weight training apparatus having at least one main chain having a series of interconnected segments, at least one connection marker at specified segments on the at least one main chain, at least one tangent chain, at least one tangent chain connector to connect the at least one tangent chain to the at least one main chain, at least one data hub, at least one data processor, and at least one data communicator.
Athletic or rehabilitative force registering device
A graspable handle which incorporates a force indicator with attachment to secure said device to provide resistance for purposes of exercise.
