Burner cap
The present invention discloses a burner cap. The burner cap comprises a main body (1) with an annular wall (10), a plurality of first main fire holes (11) is defined on the upper layer, and a plurality of second main fire holes (12) is defined on the lower layer; the annular wall (10) has an annular groove (2), and the annular wall (10) also has a fire holding channel (21), which connects to the annular groove (2) and connects to the first main fire holes (11), and/or the second main fire holes (12). So that the burner cap can significantly improve the combustion efficiency of the gas range while holding the flame from the first and second main fire holes.
SINGLE INLET OXYGEN BURNER FOR METAL MAKING
The present disclosure describes a metal making burner in fluid communication with a gas inlet and comprising an oxygen inlet valve that provides control of oxygen flow to two different discharge lines, such as a main line and a shroud line. This allows distinct “modes” of operation, utilizing only the flow from the single oxygen supply as the control method. The apparatus includes a moving piston with ports therein that meter flow to both discharge lines when the ports line up with a separate set of ports in a cylinder that receives the piston. At low or no pressure from the gas inlet, flow rates follow one ratio of flows between the discharge lines. As pressure from a gas inlet changes in the burner, the piston moves and realigns the ports (opening or closing some of the ports), which results in a different ratio of flows between the discharge lines.

Gas burner, gas burner assembly and domestic cooking appliance
A gas burner for a household cooking appliance includes a burner casing including a plurality of mixture outlet openings configured to guide out, during operation of the gas burner, a mixture of combustion gas and primary air into an area surrounding the gas burner for producing a burner flame. A mixture distribution chamber evenly distributes the mixture of combustion gas and primary air to the mixture outlet openings. Fluidly connected with the mixture distribution chamber is a storage chamber for storing, during operation of the gas burner, part of the mixture of combustion gas and primary air. The storage chamber includes an ignition flame opening configured to guide out the mixture of combustion gas and primary air that is stored in the storage chamber into the surrounding area for producing an ignition flame.
REGENERATIVE BURNER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A method heats a furnace process chamber with the combustion of fuel gas. The method heats the process chamber in a preheat mode when the temperature of the process chamber is below the autoignition temperature of the fuel gas. The preheat mode forms preheated combustion air by directing the combustion air through a regenerative bed. A stream of the preheated combustion air is directed into the process chamber in a condition unmixed with fuel gas. The preheat mode also forms a fuel rich mixture of the fuel gas and unheated combustion air. The fuel rich mixture is directed into the process chamber adjacent to the stream of preheated combustion air.
BLOWTORCH HAVING CONTINUOUS-FLAME MODE
A blowtorch includes a casing and a control unit. The control unit includes an activate button and a lock button. The lock button is switchable between a first lock position and an intermediate position, or between the intermediate position and a second lock position. The activate button is switchable between a standby position and an activation position when the lock button is in the intermediate position. The lock button contacts the activate button and restricts the activate button to hold in the activation position when the activate button is in the activation position and the lock button is in the first lock position or the second lock position.
Torch
A torch includes a main burner that produces a flame; a flame holding body configured to maintain the combustion state of the main burner if the flame produced by the main burner is about to be extinguished; and a gas supply pipe configured to feed combustion gas from a gas container filled with the combustion gas to the main burner and the flame holding body.
BURNER GUN WITH SAFETY SWITCH
A burner gun includes a case, an ignition device, a switch and a operational part. By the switch and an operation rail in the case, the ignition device can only be activated by correctly operating the switch and pulling the operational part. The ignition device cannot activated by pulling the operational part if the switch is not correctly operated, so that the ignition device is prevented from being activated unintentionally to reduce possibility of causing fire disasters.
BACKPACKING STOVE HAVING TIP VALVE
A tip valve and a cook system incorporating same that automatically stops the flow of gas to a burner when tipped over and that automatically resets when disconnected from the fuel canister to allow the flow of gas to resume when righted and reconnected are provided. The tip valve includes a ball bearing freely moveable between a fuel canister actuator pin and a tip seal within a bore having two different diameters at each end thereof. The transition between the two diameters forms a taper that may be continuous forming a smooth tapered bore, or discontinuous formed by at least one counter bore. The automatic resetting is provided without the use of a mechanical pin or member.
