An Exercise Apparatus
The invention relates to an exercise apparatus 10. The exercise apparatus 10 comprises a first upstanding support. The exercise apparatus also comprises a pair of arms. Each arm has a first end and a second end. Each arm, towards its first end, is pivotably connected to the first support at a point which is spaced from the floor. Each arm comprises a second end remote from the first end which connects to the first support. Each arm has a handle, to enable manual lifting of the arms. Each arm comprises a mass arranged thereon. The position of the mass is movable along the arm.
Apparatus, system, and method for exercise equipment with carry arms
An exercise machine. The exercise machine includes a frame, a foot engagement surface operably connected to the frame, and an arm rotatably connected to the frame at a pivot. The arm includes a handle connected to the arm at a first location distal to the pivot. The handle is configured to be gripped by a user. The arm includes a weight receiver connected to the arm at a second location distal to the pivot. The weight receiver is configured to hold one or more weights to modify a downward force provided at the handle.
Exercise machine and method of use
An exercise machine system includes a frame having a front bar and a back bar with a cross bar extending therebetween; a weight attachment bar pivotally attached to the cross bar, the weight attachment bar extending to a weight end; one or more handles attached to the weight bar and configured to provide a gripping location to provide upward movement of the weight bar; and a body support positioned above the frame, the body support having one or more pads to allow for supporting a person thereon; the weight attachment bar is positioned under the body support such that a user can pull up on the weight attachment bar from the body support.
Tire flip simulator
An improved fitness/exercise apparatus using full or half tire that rotates 360 degrees about a fixed axle. A user lifts/pushes the tire, thus rotating the tire end over end, while the apparatus creates resistance to the rotation via a variety of means, such as a magnetic brake, a viscous brake, a pad and disc brake or a motor-controlled brake system.
EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine includes a treadmill body and an upper limb weight training mechanism. The upper limb weight training mechanism includes a guide rail, a slider, and a weight unit. The guide rail is fixedly connected to the treadmill body. The slider is connected to the guide rail and moved back and forth on the guide rail. The slider is provided with a handle. The weight unit is disposed on the slider. The upper limb weight training mechanism can be straight pulled up and down to train the muscles of the upper limbs while the muscles of the lower limbs are trained.
Hitting practice device
A hitting practice device allows a batter to swing the bat, make contact with the device, and then to follow-through with the swing while maintaining contact with the device. In embodiments, the hitting practice device includes a pivoting base, a post connected to the base, a pad attached at the upper portion of the post, and a stopper that prevents the base from pivoting beyond a recovery angle. In other embodiments, the base includes a base plate and stabilization plate connected by a hinge. In embodiments, a pad and dampener absorb most of the initial impact of the hit, pausing the swing for analysis. The pivoting base then allows the batter to continue, follow-through and completing the swing.
SQUAT MACHINE
A squat machine is disclosed. The disclosed squat machine includes: a base frame; an exercise member which is rotatable about a first axis with respect to the base frame and capable of supporting at least one weight member; a support member which is rotatable about a second axis, which is different from the first axis, with respect to the base frame, is located on a rotation path of the exercise member, and rotates between a first position at which the exercise member is supportable and a second position out of the rotation path of the exercise member; a handle member which is formed on the exercise member to rotate about a third axis, which is different from the first axis and the second axis, so that the support member is rotated to the first position; a connection wire connecting the support member to the handle member; and a pulley guiding movement of the connection wire.
BENT OVER ROW MACHINE
The bent over row machine according to an embodiment of this invention is coupled to the base frame placed in contact with the ground and the upper surface of the base frame and fixed at the main frame, which stands upright in the vertical direction, and at one point on the upper surface of the base frame, providing support for the user's body capable of folding.
Gymnastic machine provided with a data detecting system, data detection system and, method of operation thereof
The present invention relates to a gymnastic machine (M) for carrying out strength exercises by a user comprising a support frame (1), at least one arm (2), movable with respect to said support frame (1), to carry out a gymnastic exercise by said user, wherein said at least one arm (2) comprises a first end (21), rotatably coupled with said support frame (1), and wherein on said at least one arm (2) a plurality of weights (7) can be removably applied, at least one detecting system (S) for detecting the displacement of said at least one arm (2) with respect to said support frame (1), comprising at least one magnetic element (12), at least one magnetic sensor (11), for detecting the magnetic field generated by said magnetic element (12), capable of generating an electric signal related to said detected magnetic field, and a control logic unit (13), operatively connected to said magnetic sensor (11), for acquiring and processing said electric signal related to said detected magnetic field. The present invention also relates to a system (S) applicable to said exercise machine (M). The present invention also relates to a method of operation of said exercise machine (M).
Glute machine
A weight resistance training machine is provided that is used to exercise the glute muscles of a user. The weight resistance training machine includes a carriage member that a user may mount to use the training machine. The carriage member may be mounted on a track system that allows the carriage member to translate linearly when the weight training machine is used. When a foot press bar connected to the carriage member is extended, the carriage member is linear translated by a cable and pulley system to increase the muscle path length during exercise and increase the exercise's efficacy.
