A premixing device includes a first and a second venturi in which air flows by rotation of a centrifugal fan, first and second communication openings disposed in the venturis, respectively, for allowing fuel gas supplied from a gas supply passage to flow out, a flap valve capable of opening and closing the second venturi on a side downstream of the second communication opening, and an equalizing valve disposed in the gas supply passage on a side upstream of the first and the second communication openings. The gas supply passage, which connects between an outlet of the equalizing valve and the first and the second communication openings, diverges from the outlet of the equalizing valve to independently form a first gas passage and a first straight path, and a second gas passage and a second straight path for the venturis, respectively.

Burner

A burner comprising a base cup, an annular flame splitter, and a flame cover. The base cup comprises an air inlet channel and two nozzles in communication with the air inlet channel and arranged upwards. The annular flame splitter arranged on the base cup comprises two Venturi tubes respectively arranged opposite the two nozzles. The annular flame splitter is separated from the base cup to form a gap, thus allowing primary air to enter the two Venturi tubes from the gap to be mixed with a fuel gas sprayed into the two Venturi tubes by the two nozzles to form a gaseous mixture. Groove openings are formed on the top of the annular flame splitter in communication with the mixing cavity. The flame cover covers the mixing cavity and limits the groove openings to define the outlet for the gaseous mixture, thus forming a flame ring.

DARK RADIATOR

A dark radiator includes a burner, a fan and a radiant tube which is connected to an exhaust gas discharge line, wherein the burner is connected to a fuel gas supply, wherein the fan is designed to supply the burner with combustion air, wherein the burner is designed to output a flame into the radiant tube, wherein the fuel gas supply is connected to a hydrogen source.

Combustion apparatus

A combustion apparatus having: an upstream-side air supply chamber and a downstream-side mixing passage, both being respectively interposed between a fan and a burner; and a zero governor which is interposed in a gas supply passage and which adjusts a secondary gas pressure to a pressure equivalent to an internal pressure in the air supply chamber, thereby enabling to maximize a turndown ratio to the extent possible. The combustion apparatus has: first and second, totally two, mixing passages; a first gas outlet which is in communication with a narrowed part of the first mixing passage; a second gas outlet which is in communication with a narrowed part of the second mixing passage; a first air valve which varies an opening degree of an air inlet of the first mixing passage; a second air valve which varies an opening degree of an air inlet of the second mixing passage; and a gas valve.

A burner assembly including a gas inlet fixture for use with a burner tube, the gas inlet fixture including a plurality of tabs to engage a neck of a gas control valve to improve ignition and center the gas How down the center of the burner tube.

System of gas burners, in particular for a cooking top for household use

A system of gas burners for a cooktop includes a pair of concentric burners made up of an outer burner having a first cup and a first flame divider and an inner burner having a second cup and a second flame divider. The first and second flame dividers having respective first and second apertures to allow an air-gas mixture to escape and positioned to extend parallel to a vertical axis of the burners. The first cup includes a first Venturi element for supplying an air-gas mixture to a first chamber of the first cup. The second cup includes a second Venturi element for supplying an air-gas mixture to a second chamber of the second cup. The first and second Venturi elements are positioned horizontally along respective first and second axes, the first axis being located on an outside of an inner wall of the first cup.

Gas Burner with Secondary and Tertiary Air Supplies
20240159394 · 2024-05-16 · ·

A gas burner and air supply system, including at least one elongate gas burner element connected to a fuel supply and a primary air supply. Arrays of fuel/air outlets disposed on opposing sides of the gas burner element output fuel and air for combustion and to form a cooking flame. An air plenum with a low pressure air supply is disposed above the each gas burner element and has an inverted V-shaped trough disposed immediately above the gas burner. First and second low pressure inboard air outlet arrays in the trough provide a secondary air supply to the combustion process. The plenum also includes at least one outboard array of low pressure air outlets disposed above and to an outboard side of each of gas burner to create a tertiary air supply, which creates a downward curtain of pressurized air that guides and directs heat from the flames downwardly.
