ERGONOMIC HELD WEIGHT UNIT AND METHOD OF USE
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.

The dorsal panel includes an array of four finger regions and each finger region having at least two weights coupled thereto in a longitudinally spaced relationship to each other. The dorsal panel includes a thumb region spaced and orientated away from the finger region. The thumb region includes a weight coupled thereto. The glove includes a weight coupled to the finger region of the dorsal panel. The weight includes a sealed pocket having heavy grains. The weight is not selectably removable. The glove includes a palmar panel coupled to the dorsal panel and thereby forming a cavity therebetween. The palmar panel includes a slick surface.

The present invention relates to a novel weight bag exercising apparatus configured to be worn like a backpack while performing an exercise. The bag or backpack features a compartment for removably storing a weighted substance so that an exercising user can perform an intense and effective exercising regime. The compartment is formed by a front panel, a rear panel, a bottom panel, and a pair of side panels. A Bluetooth speaker is disposed on the outer surface of the front panel for playing music wherein the music is received wirelessly from a paired audio device. For wearing the bag like a backpack, a pair of padded and adjustable shoulder straps are provided that can be used by a user to wear the bag during exercising.

A muscle activating and exercising device and a method of activating and exercising muscles of the human body. The device includes an outer material and at least one flexible inner material. The device is an elongated device that is pliable enough to be wrapped around an object. The device also has an outer surface that creates a frictional fit between the device and the wrapped object. The wrapped object could be, for example, a wrist or ankle on a human limb or a location on a portion of sports equipment (e.g., a lacrosse stick, baseball bat, hockey stick, golf club or tennis racket). The method includes a method of activating muscles using the device. Through such a method, a user can, for example. build muscle strength and/or reduce muscle tremors.

Devices and method for increasing running performance
A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing. In operation, a running device may be held in each hand and the runner may thrust both hands downward prior to landing and quickly bring the devices to a vertical stop after landing. Bringing the devices to a vertical stop may cause the moveable material to collide with the housing and increase the force exerted by the runner on the ground. A delay component may delay the peak force exerted by the material against the housing so that the translation of that force to the ground coincides with the peak force that the runner would have exerted against the ground in the absence of the devices.

A running device and method of using the device are disclosed. The device may include a moveable material within an inner chamber of the running device's housing.
