The chassis is defined with a through hole. A bottom of the mounting bracket is mounted on the chassis and a top of the mounting bracket is mounted on the cover. The ceramic plate is defined with air holes and provided on the mounting bracket. The ceramic plate is enclosed with the mounting bracket. The chassis and the cover to form a combustion space. The hollow air column is defined with air holes and passes through the through hole to extend into the combustion space. A bottom of the strengthening net is connected with the chassis and a top of the strengthening net is connected with the cover, and the strengthening net is provided outside the ceramic plate.

An incinerating container for grills and similar broilers. The incinerating container receives products of combustion from a gas burner or hot gases from an electric element or other heat source. Apertures in a top of the incinerating container receive oil into the incinerating container, such as oils from melted fat as food cooks. The oils are incinerated within the incinerating container. The apertures formed in the top allow hot oils to enter the incinerating container for combustion of the oils within the incinerating container, and are constructed to prevent flames from materially exiting the incinerating container.

The present invention provides a deep fat fryer providing an oil vat for holding hot oil. The hot oil of the vat is heated by a heat exchanger system that includes a pair of heat tubes. Heat transfer along a length of the heat tubes is facilitated by a heat conductive baffle substantially filling the interior of the heat tubes in volume and length. Heated air and gas are forced through the dense and elongated baffle to facilitate heat transfer to the walls of the heat tubes.

A nozzle structure for a hydrogen gas burner apparatus, includes an outer pipe, an inner pipe disposed concentrically with the outer pipe, and a stabilizer configured to throttle a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. The inner pipe includes an inner pipe end part with an axial opening hole and a circumferential opening hole formed therein, the axial opening hole penetrating in an axial direction of the inner pipe, the circumferential opening hole penetrating in a radial direction of the inner pipe. A hydrogen gas flows through the inner pipe. The circumferential opening hole lets the hydrogen gas flow out from the inner pipe in the radial direction of the inner pipe.

Optimized Burners for Boiler Applications

A boiler can have a combustion chamber, a burner, a heat exchanger in fluid communication with the combustion chamber, and a flue for removing a combustion product from the boiler. The burner has a protruding taper shape such as a cone or similar shape. The protruding taper shape of the burner distributes heat to the heat exchanger more evenly than a cylindrical shaped burner thereby reducing heat losses at the combustion chamber wall and increasing the thermal efficiency. The protruding taper shape of the burner also reduces noise associated with the operation of the burner.
