Gas burner for caravans, boats and vehicles in general
A gas burner for caravans, boats and vehicles in general includes an injector holder to be applied at an opening in a cooktop of a caravan, boat and/or vehicle in general and having an injector connected to a gas inlet; a burner cap resting on the injector holder and having a vertical conduit facing the injector at the bottom and leading, at the top, into a distribution chamber of the fuel mixture to generate a flame ring; and a cover resting on the burner cap and delimiting at the top the distribution chamber of the fuel mixture. At least two protruding pins are provided at the bottom surface of the cover and can be inserted into corresponding through holes in the burner cap to snappingly engage elastic coupling members coupled to the injector holder.
Burner Tip for Fitting in a Burner with Air Duct System and Fuel Channel System
A burner tip for fitting in a burner comprising: an air duct system; a fuel channel system open to a surrounding area; and a central air duct of the air duct system running through the burner tip surrounded by a wall structure. The wall structure comprises open pores and/or a space grid. Open pores in the wall structure and/or gaps in the grid form a connection between the central air duct and the surrounding area of the burner tip.
Immersion-Type Burner Heater and Molten-Metal Holding Furnace
An immersion-type burner heater includes a heater protection tube that is installed so as to penetrate a furnace wall or an upper lid of the molten-metal holding furnace with the tip end thereof being closed; an inner cylindrical member arranged inside the tube so as to define a combustion flow passage S between the tube and itself with the tip end side thereof being open and the inside thereof serving as an exhaust gas flow passage; and a gas burner part supplying fuel gas and air to the combustion flow passage. A helically extending projecting part is provided on at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the member and the inner peripheral surface of the tube at a position that is closer to its tip end side than to the part penetrating the furnace wall or the upper lid.
HIGH PERFORMANCE LOW NOx BURNER AND SYSTEM
According to embodiments, burner systems include a distal flame holder and distal pilot burner formed at least partially from shared structure.
Low-pressure gas burner
A burner for combusting low pressure gas includes: an outer wall configured as a venturi including a lower end, a mid throat section, and an upper end, the lower end being bell shaped and the upper end further including an upper end inner diameter; and a nozzle configured to receive and deliver a low-pressure gas stream, the nozzle having an opening into the lower end.
RADIANT INFRARED GAS BURNER
Methods and devices for gas mixture combustion on a surface of a permeable matrix are provided which produce or result in surface stabilized combustion (SSC) with increasing amounts of radiation energy emitted by the matrix surface and decreasing concentrations of pollutant components in the combustion products. The gas mixture is fed to a burner that includes a permeable matrix material having a first thermal conductivity and configured to preheat the combustible gas mixture as it travels through the matrix. The burner includes a plurality of thermal elements having a thermal conductivity higher than and disposed in thermal transfer communication with the matrix base material. The permeable matrix base material forms a combustion surface with at least a portion of the thermal elements exposed above the combustion surface. The gas mixture is combusted at or near exit pores and channels formed at the permeable matrix material combustion surface.
COMBUSTOR WITH FUEL PLENUM AND EXTENDING MIXING PASSAGES
A combustor for a gas turbine engine includes a liner surrounding a fuel and air mixing body. A fuel supply passage communicates into an open fuel plenum downstream of the fuel supply passage. A wall of the mixing body has air openings to receive air flow, and communicate air into mixing passages. The mixing passages pass through the fuel plenum. Fuel openings in the mixing passages to allow fuel to flow from the mixing passage and mix with the air. There are passage sections extending downstream of the fuel plenum, such that the mixed air and fuel travels downstream of the fuel plenum and into a combustion chamber. A gas turbine engine is also disclosed.
Burner provided with flame hole member having air holes
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a pre-mixed burner capable of preventing a backfire, improving flame stability, and responding to various combustion loads. To attain the object, the present disclosure is implemented by including a flame hole member made of a foam body which is made from a plurality of metal alloys through a sintering process and in which an air hole being a space between struts configuring a framework is formed, and configured to form a flame by allowing a mixed gas of gas and air to be sprayed through the air hole, a flame hole member fixing plate configured to fixedly couple the flame hole member to a burner main body, and a distributing plate provided in front of the flame hole member and at which a plurality of distributing holes are formed so as to uniformly supply the mixed gas to the flame hole member.
Submerged combustion burners
Submerged combustion burners having a burner body and a burner tip connected thereto. The burner body has an external conduit and first and second internal conduits substantially concentric therewith, forming first and second annuli for passing a cooling fluid therethrough. A burner tip body is connected to the burner body at ends of the external and second internal conduits. The burner tip includes a generally central flow passage for a combustible mixture, the flow passage defined by an inner wall of the burner tip. The burner tip further has an outer wall and a crown connecting the inner and outer walls. The inner and outer walls, and the crown are comprised of same or different materials having greater corrosion and/or fatigue resistance than at least the external burner conduit.
