METHODS AND DEVICES FOR PROVIDING SUPPORT WHEN EXERCISING
A device for providing support to a user performing a physical exercise is provided. The device includes a frame including a first support strut and a second support strut and an elastic strap coupled to a first end of the first support strut and a first end of the second support strut. The elastic strap has sufficient tension to provide support to a user's body weight by supporting a chest of the user when the user performs a push-up using the device. In embodiments, the device includes a base support coupled to the frame. A sleeve of material may be disposed around a portion of the strap that is between the first support strut and the second support strut.
HANDSTAND TRAINING DEVICE
The invention relates to a handstand training device (10, 100). In order for the user (50) to learn how to do a handstand and to be able to hold the handstand without using any device afterwards, the handstand training device (10) has a base element (11, 111) and a support element (13) with a contact surface (14) for an arm (52).
HORSE-RIDING MACHINE WITH ROWING FUNCTION
A horse-riding machine with rowing function includes a driven assembly hinged with a base assembly, one end of a moment arm is hinged with the driven assembly; an armrest of the driving assembly is provided at top of the main body rod, and the footrests are provided at a bottom of the main body rod. The bottom of the paddle rod is connected with the bottom of the main body rod, and the middle of the main body rod is hinged with the other end of the moment arm; when the driving assembly swings, the driven assembly is driven by the driving arm to swing back and forth through the moment arm; one end of the elastic rope is connected to the driven assembly, and the other end of the elastic rope is detachably fixed on the base assembly. When the driven assembly swings, the elastic rope is elastically stretched.

Exercise devices for muscle isolation
Methods and devices for isolating muscle groups during exercise are provided. According to an aspect of the invention, a device includes a first strap that has a first loop shape, a second strap that has a second closed loop shape defining a fixed opening, and a third strap that has a third closed loop shape. A first portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the second strap, a second portion of the first strap is arranged to be movable within the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape, the second portion of the first strap is affixed to or integral with the third strap, and a first adjustable opening within the first loop shape is configured to be adjusted by changing a relative position of the second portion of the first strap and the fixed opening defined by the second closed loop shape.

Rolling Exercise Device and Methods of Exercise
Hand-held, portable exercise device which enables the user to strengthen muscles and joints by performing various exercises, the device having a base structure defining a receptacle and supporting at least three omnidirectional rotational elements. A grip element, which may be spherical, has a lower surface positionable on the receptacle and has an upper gripping surface that is convex in at least two dimensions. A hand retaining strap is positionable over the gripping surface of the grip element such that a hand of a human user, the hand having a palm surface and a back surface, can be inserted between the retaining strap and the gripping surface, the palm surface of the user's hand contacting the gripping surface while the retaining strap contacts the back surface of the user's hand to secure the exercise device to the hand.
MOTION ASSIST CRANE DEVICE
A motion assist crane device can include a base, a support tower extending upwardly from the base, a counterbalance beam attached to the support tower at a position between the ends of the counterbalance beam by a hinge, a tether attached to a first end of the counterbalance beam, the tether configured to attach to an arm of a user, and one or more weights positioned on a second end of the counterbalance beam. A method for assisting motion of a user's arm can include providing the device, attaching the tether to the user's arm, and moving the user's arm, wherein the movement is at least partially supported by the weights.
SUSPENSION TRAINING SYSTEM FOOT STIRRUP
A suspension training system foot stirrup includes a load strap formed into a closed loop and configured to couple at its upper end to a suspension exercise system and a sole strap coupled to opposite sides of the loop that forms the load strap, thereby forming a foot receiving opening comprising the sole strap, and a portion of the load strap between the points where the sole strap couples to the load strap and a lower end of the load strap. The foot receiving opening receives a human foot inserted toe-first therein such that the sole is in contact with the sole strap and the load strap portion encloses an upper portion of the foot, and receives the human foot inserted heel-first therein such that the sole comes in contract with the sole strap, and the load strap portion encloses the achilles tendon region of the heel.
CALF EXERCISE FOOT POSITIONER
A calf exerciser includes a free standing platform with independent foot braces that pivot and rotate for providing an optimally positioned foot and ankle position for a calf exercise. A pair of rotating platforms mount to a base, and each rotating platform has a pivot brace that angles left and right. Positioning and locking the foot braces at various positions of rotation and right/left angles provide a selectable, varied position as the calf exercises generally involve an ankle driven force against the foot braces, often bearing on the ball or arch of the foot. A beveled or curved edge with a grip surface further enhances contact with the user's foot.
