Ball chair
A ball chair may comprise a chair frame, a ball body and an adjusting unit. The chair frame has a connecting base and a legs base, and a supporting column formed therebetween is configured to achieve a telescopic action thereby adjusting a height of the ball chair. The connecting base is formed in a concave shape to form a housing space therein, and an annular frame is formed at an upper end of the connecting base. The ball body is configured to be coupled on the connecting base of the chair frame, and the annular frame is configured to couple with an outer periphery of the ball body thereby limiting a position thereof. As a result, the ball chair is suitable for different statures of users and enables the users to sit thereon for training or rehabilitation.
Portable modular training system
Portable modular training systems are described herein. In one aspect, a modular training system includes a system container including a container front, a container rear, a container first side, a container second side, a container bottom, and a container top, defining a container cavity, and an exercise structure comprising a platform connector with a vertical support bar coupled to an interior surface of the system container and a horizontal bar coupled to the vertical support bar and extending external to the system container via an aperture defined by the system container.

Rowing Machine Exercise Device
A rowing machine exercise device includes a vertically adjustable rear support base. The vertically adjustable rear support base includes an outer vertical support beam coupled to and extending down from the rowing machine frame, where the outer vertical support beam has a vertical channel extending upward therein from a bottom of the outer vertical support beam and has a latch pin hole extending through a wall of a bottom portion of the vertical support beam; an inner vertical support beam received in a telescoping manner within the outer support beam through the bottom of the outer support beam, where the inner vertical support beam has a plurality of adjustment holes uniformly spaced along a vertical line in an outer wall of the inner vertical support beam.
RUNNING BENDED EXERCISER
Exerciser (1) which allows to perform two new exercises: 1) Leaning miming in place exercise (FIGS. 4) and 2) Traction in suspension exercise (FIG. 5). Two identical rectangle-shaped supports (2, 2′), hinged on two adjacent vertical sides (18, 18) permit a user to grip upper horizontal handle-bars (22, 22). When not in use, the exerciser (1) can be folded, occupying a very small space (FIG. 3).
Portable Angle- and Depth-Adjustable Hangboard
The present disclosure describes a new kind of portable hangboard intended for finger strength exercises. It allows the user to adjust the angle of the hangboard and the depth of the finger slot to control the difficulty of the exercise. The main body of the hangboard hangs on a rope. The main body of the hangboard contains multiple slots that the rope can pass through to adjust the angle of the device. The finger slot contained in the main body has magnets at the deep end which allow one or more shims with built in magnets to be inserted to make the slot shallower. The hangboard offers greater portability and variety of exercises compared to other inventions of this class.
EXERCISE MACHINE ADJUSTMENT KIT AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
The present invention provides exercise attachments for modifying an inclinable weightlifting system using a user's body weight. A pair of vertical support devices providing rigidity and elevate the weightlifting system off the ground to aid in a user mounting and dismounting the system. A pair of adapter arms enable a user to tailor exercise attachments to target specific muscle groups and specific regions of that muscle group. The pair of vertical support device and pair of adapter arms may be incorporated into an inclinable weightlifting system to enable a user to perform various rowing and bench press exercises.
