MOVEABLE RACK MOUNT APPARATUS AND METHODS OF USING SAME
A moveable rack mount apparatus for use with an exercise rack constructed of at least one rack tube configured with at least one rack hole, comprising: a tube passage sized and shaped for slidable passage therethrough of the rack tube; a reversible locking mechanism configured to engage the at least one rack hole of the rack tube when the rack tube is in the tube passage; at least one attachment hole for securing at least one of a plurality of interchangeable exercise-related attachments to the moveable rack mount apparatus.
TOWING EQUIPMENT FOR SPORTS
A towing equipment used to train athletes' speed, strength and agility is disclosed to include a training unit, a magnetic resistance unit and a transmission mechanism. By an elastic training belt of the training unit, the towing equipment is connected to the human body. The kinetic energy generated by the human body pulling the elastic training belt is transmitted to the magnetic resistance unit through the transmission mechanism to generate resistance. The magnetic resistance unit includes a magnetic device set and an adjustment device set. The user can adjust the resistance generated by the magnetic device set through the adjustment device set. The magnetic device set includes a resistance wheel set on the frame body and a bearing block set corresponding to the resistance wheel. Use the overlap area of a magnetic field in the resistance wheel and the bearing block to generate magnetic flux.
Exercise device
An exercise device has a yoke that is joined to a receiver. A detent pin joins a base washer to the yoke. Weights arranged above the base washer are used as a stabilizing support foundation while performing exercise.

EXERCISE SYSTEM
Disclosed herein is an exercise system comprising a wall mount having tie down anchors and an exercise mat. The exercise mat comprises a plurality of radial lines to ensure the user maintains a known distance from the wall mount. A first end of a resistance band is coupled to a tie down anchor and a second end of the exercise mat is coupled to a handle.
Isokinetic rotational testing, evaluation and training system
An isokinetic rotational exercise device provides for training and collection of information of a knee joint as it rotates. The isokinetic rotational exercise device includes vertical supports attached to a base frame that provides for an inclusion of rotational foot plates. The rotational foot plates are connected to cables of a pulley system that allows for an ability to add resistance of free weights and resistance tubing. Bottoms of the rotational foot plates include sensors to measure rotational degree, and the corresponding information is sent to a processor for display on a monitor on the isokinetic rotational exercise device or to an external device. A degree of force used to turn the rotational foot plates when the resistance is added is data collectable through force sensors in the cables of the pulley system.
Weightlifting collar system and method
A system for clamping a bar, as non-exclusive example, a barbell collar, includes a first jaw forming a first portion of a hollow cylinder, a second jaw forming a second portion of the hollow cylinder, a hinge connecting the first jaw and the second jaw, a guide of the first jaw, a first latch element connected to the first jaw opposite the hinge, and a second latch element capable of removably connecting to the first latch element, the second latch element connected to the second jaw opposite the hinge. The first jaw and the second jaw form the hollow cylinder when the first latch element is connected to the second latch element. The system provides may include a weight that is attachable to the second jaw.

Weightlifting Machine
A weightlifting machine that includes a pulley system and a cable system that attaches to a weight rack frame to allow a user to perform a weightlifting exercise. The pulley system may include a first pulley and a second pulley where the cable system engages each pulley. The cable system may have a first end connected to a grip attachment and a second end attached to a resistance element. The resistance element may include a resistance band, a weight support that holds a weight plate, a set of weight plates, or other type of resistance element. The cable system may extend from the pulley through an opening located one of the frame members that form the frame.
