An apparatus comprises a vessel having an interior chamber formed by a vessel wall. The vessel wall comprises a double-walled structure having an inner wall and an outer wall. A moveable lid is configured to form an airtight seal with the interior chamber in a closed position. A basket is positioned within the chamber. One or more vibration devices, such as transducers, are attached to the basket, and are configured to shake the mesh basket to cause decomposed material to fall through the mesh basket to a reactor vessel floor. A heating coil is positioned within the chamber and surrounding the basket. The heating coil is configured to heat the basket using induction heating. An airtight space is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and is filled with a gas. The temperature within the chamber may be lowered by cooling the gas.

A grate line bordering element for a combustion grate for burning waste, including a channel element and a channel covering for covering the element including at least one covering element and one termination element with a locking device; wherein the termination element has a support surface which points away from the channel element and a first engaging element which is oriented towards the covering element; the covering element has a support surface which points away from the channel element, a retaining element which is oriented towards the channel element, a second engaging element which is oriented towards the termination element and is configured to receive the first engaging element, and a cut-out which is oriented towards the termination element for receiving the locking device of the closure element; and wherein the locking device is configured in such a way that it locks the termination element releasably in the channel element.

Combustion system for solid biomass fuel

Various implementations include a combustor system including an inner wall, a fuel grate, an ash grinder, an igniter, and a fan. The inner wall defines a combustion chamber and has a longitudinal axis and first and second ends. The inner wall defines primary and secondary air inlets. The primary air inlets are defined closer than the secondary air inlets to the first end. The fuel grate is disposed within the combustion chamber between the primary and secondary air inlets and is configured to support fuel disposed within the combustion chamber. The ash grinder is disposed between the fuel grate and the secondary air inlets and is rotatable about the longitudinal axis relative to the fuel grate. The igniter provides energy to the combustion chamber. The fan is configured to cause air to flow from the primary and secondary air inlets through the second end of the combustion chamber.

Industrial solid waste incinerator and flue gas treatment apparatus

The present invention discloses an industrial solid waste incinerator and flue gas treatment apparatus, comprising a water-cooled feed hopper, a water-cooled grate and a chamber which are connected in sequence. A front arch, a rear arch and side walls which are formed of membrane water-cooled walls, are provided between the water-cooled grate and the chamber, and a dechlorination tower is arranged behind the chamber. Two sets of rear secondary air pipes, which comprise an upper set of rear secondary air pipes and a lower set of rear secondary air pipes, are arranged on the rear arch, and a dry desulfurization device is arranged between the two sets of rear secondary air pipes, so that the reaction medium and the flue gas are sufficiently disturbed and mixed, and stroke is extended.
