An upper and lower body reciprocating arcing motion exercise machine with an adjustable angle movable user support frame wherein, movable left and right lower body user support assemblies comprising foot platforms and shin support pads mounted on an arcing track, move along a rearward portion of the movable user support frame and movable left and right upper body user support assemblies comprising gripping handles mounted on pivoting levers, pivot about a forward portion of the movable user support frame. A linkage assembly operatively connects and synchronizes the movable upper and lower body user support assemblies. In certain embodiments, an adjustable resistance mechanism is operatively engaged with the movable upper and lower body user support assemblies for providing adjustable resistance to the exercise motion of the movable upper and lower body user support assemblies during an exercise motion.

Resistance supplier for weight training

A resistance supplier for weight training has two switching assemblies, two planetary gear sets, a one-way output bearing, a spindle, and at least one weight. The two switching assemblies respectively control input, output, and fixing of the sun gear, planet carrier, and ring gear in the two planetary gear sets. The output of one of the two planetary gear sets is used as the input of the other planetary gear set. Therefore, the two planetary gear sets provide three reduction ratios and transmit torque to the spindle through the one-way output bearing to drive the weight to rotate. By using reduction ratios of the planetary gear sets to increase the output requirement of the user and switching gears via switching assemblies to change reduction ratios, the resistance supplier can provide sufficient and diverse training resistances with a single weight, thereby reducing the volume.

Parallel Resistance Rowing Machine

A parallel resistance rowing machine is an apparatus that provides adjustable, independent resistance to a user to perform rowing exercises that isolate and emphasize various laterally opposed muscle groups. The parallel resistance rowing machine uses a first resistance assembly and a second resistance assembly mounted to an axle within a chassis. The first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly are selectably interconnected by a clutch mechanism, enabling a first handle and a second handle to be moved independently or in concert under resistance from the first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly, respectively. An elongate frame supports a slidable seat assembly, further supporting a full-body rowing action as the user exerts themselves against the first resistance assembly and the second resistance assembly.

A motor-less leg-powered curved treadmill produced that allows people to walk, jog, run, and sprint without making any adjustments to the treadmill other than shifting the user's center of gravity forward and backwards. A closed loop treadmill belt running between front and rear pulley rollers is formed with a low friction running surface of transverse aluminum, wooden, plastic, rubber or carbon fiber slats attached to each other in a resilient fashion. An essential feature of treadmill is the concave shape of the upper portion of the belt running surface, the treadmill configurations ensure that this shape is maintained during actual use. These configurations prevent the concave upper running surface portion from being pulled taut into a flat shape between the front and rear pulley rollers. The slats of the treadmill each have an end view crossectional I-beam shape, for strength and stability of the slat positioned upon the treadmill belt.

Stair exerciser apparatus

A stair exerciser apparatus for simulating stair climbing includes a frame, a lower shaft and an upper shaft mounted rotatably on the frame, a conveyor operatively engaged with the upper shaft and the lower shaft, a plurality of steps, a flywheel and a one-way clutch mechanism. The plurality of steps are joined to the conveyor for movement with the conveyor. The flywheel is operatively engaged with the conveyor. The one-way clutch mechanism is operatively engaged with the conveyor and the flywheel. The one-way clutch mechanism is configured to selectively couple the conveyor with the flywheel such that motion of the plurality of steps in a first step direction drives rotation of the flywheel when the one-way clutch mechanism is engaged, and the one-way clutch mechanism decouples the conveyor from the flywheel when the one-way clutch mechanism is disengaged.

Canine self exercise device

A self-exercise device that provides resistance to tugging, and is operable to intermittently change the resistance so as to mimic an actual tug-of-war game. The device includes ball gallery and ratchet structures that cooperate to provide additional intermittent resistance to provide action to the device that mimics an actual tug-of-war experience wherein the opposing resistance is randomly changing.
