QUICKLY-REPAIRABLE PELLET GRILL
The present disclosure provides a quickly-repairable pellet grill. The pellet grill includes a pellet grill body, wherein the pellet grill body comprises a fuel conveying and stirring mechanism, a fuel feed cabinet, a combustion furnace, and a fuel conveying channel communicated with both the fuel feed cabinet and the combustion furnace; wherein the fuel conveying and stirring mechanism includes a stirrer disposed on the fuel conveying channel, a rotation driving device, and a connection base, the connection base being detachably mounted at a mounting port of the fuel conveying channel, the rotation driving device being mounted on the connection base, the stirrer being mounted at a rotation portion of the rotation driving device, a handle being disposed on the connection base.
Pyrolysis plant
A pyrolysis plant including: a) an exhaust heated feeder; b) a pyrolysis reactor; c) a rotary screen cleaning tower; d) an exhaust heat fuel cleaner; e) a carbon refiner; and f) a safety burner tower.
BIOMASS BURNER
A biomass burner includes a hopper, a ventilating chamber, a U-shaped fire box, a feeding cylinder including an output end, an auger, a feeding motor including a driving wheel, an ignition device, an ignition motor, a ventilation plate, a first poking device, a second poking device, a first poking motor configured to drive the first poking device, a second poking motor configured to drive the second poking device, a first fixed plate, and a second fixed plate. The hopper is disposed below the feeding cylinder. The feeding cylinder is disposed through the ventilating chamber and the output end of the feeding cylinder extends into the U-shaped fire box. The auger is disposed in the feeding cylinder and is driven by the feeding motor; one end of the auger is provided with a driven gear, and the driven gear is meshed with the driving wheel of the feeding motor.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a one or more processors configured to detect an improper shutdown of a control system of the pellet grill. The one or more processors are further configured to generate a notification in response to the control system regaining power following detection of the improper shutdown, the notification indicating that the control system was improperly shutdown. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a main body defining a cooking chamber. The example pellet grill further includes a grease deflection bar assembly located within the main body. the grease deflection bar assembly includes a first rack removably positioned on first tabs of the main body, a second rack removably positioned on second tabs of the main body, and a grease deflection bar extending between and removably positioned on the first and second racks.
GRILL WITH COLD SMOKE GRILLING MODES
A grilling device includes an auger feeder system, a heating element, a blower and a temperature control system. The temperature control system includes at least a first temperature sensor inside the firepot and a second temperature sensor inside a cooking chamber above the firepot. The heating element can also serve as the first temperature sensor. A method for controlling the temperature of the grill can include receiving temperature feedback information from one or more of the temperature sensors and adjusting power provided to the auger feeder system, heating element, and blower. The temperature control system produces cold smoke resulting from the combustion of lignin in solid wood fuel while minimizing temperatures inside the cooking chamber.
Hopper system
A fuel material processing system includes a hopper assembly configured to receive a fuel material. A drying system is configured to remove moisture from the fuel material to generate a dried fuel material. A material delivery system is configured to provide the dried fuel material to a combustion system.
PELLET GRILLS
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes a lid, a cooking chamber, an engine, and one or more processors. The lid is movable between a closed position and an open position. The engine is configured to output heat to the cooking chamber. The one or more processors are configured to detect a closing movement of the lid. In response to detecting the closing movement, the one or more processors are configured to command the engine to operate in an increased output mode that increases the heat output of the engine.
Tubular Boiler with Incorporated Oven
The invention relates to a tubular boiler with a heat exchange tube with at least one helical layer situated in a heat exchange chamber, and which includes a set of laterally joined spirals. The boiler includes, an inner side of the helical layer, an oven that is rigidly joined to said layer and connected to a feeder by means of which fuel is supplied. The boiler also includes an output collector for collecting ash and slag, which connects the inside of the heat exchange chamber to the outside of the boiler, and a forced-air-current generator that generates a movement of air inside the boiler and directs it to the oven. This movement of air moves the ash and slag along the at least one helical layer to the output collector.
Gasification device and plasma shutter with a microwave plazma slowing system of the gasification device
Microwave plasma slowing system for a plasma shutter comprises a waveguide-band transmission for interconnection of the system with a generator, and for letting waves from the generator into the plasma shutter, a bridge band interconnected with the waveguide-band transmission, two parallel band waistlines, interconnected by its one end with the bridge band, where the band waistlines are flat plates, where one of its sides is provided with tenons arranged side by side along the axis of the band waistlines with orientation in a such way, that the tenons arranged on the one side of the first band waistline placed in turns between the tenons arranged on the one side of the second band waistline, where the band waistlines are provided at the other end by mutually separated lockable electromagnetic oscillators.
