Frame for Gluteus Maximus Exercise Device
An exercise device for targeting the gluteus maximus muscle uses a stand to hold up a bellows pump against a vertical surface while a user repeatedly pushes the pump with a foot. The pump has a one-way inlet valve and a small restrictor opening to allow air to leave the bellows slowly, providing a mechanism for selecting different resistance values. A catch is used to keep the pump in the compressed position during storage.
FULL BODY FITNESS EQUIPMENT
A fitness device includes a main body, a left wing extending outwardly from the main body in a first direction, and a right wing extending outwardly from the main body in a second direction opposite the first direction. A cable extends from the main body to each of the left wing and the right wing. The fitness device further includes a gearbox, a spool assembly connected to an input end of the gearbox, a brake assembly connected to an output end of the gearbox, and a pulley assembly.
ADJUSTABLE EXERCISE SUSPENSION SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
An adjustable exercise suspension system and related methods of use and exercise are disclosed. The system includes a length-adjustable suspension strap assembly attached at one end to a fixed overhead support structure and at an opposite end to a weight element. The strap assembly comprises a plurality of straps detachably connected together. The weight element is suspended from the overhead support structure creating a tensile force in the strap assembly establishing a taut condition. The weight element is manually movable by a user during the exercise routine along an arcuate path in a plane of stable motion while the tensile force maintains the taut condition of the strap assembly. The strap assembly advantageously provides guided and stabilized motion of the weight element for the user thereby minimizing risk of injury. The resistance force of the system is user-variable by attaching different size weight elements to the strap assembly.
Training device for improving reaction capabilities, reflexes, speed and further associated, sports-related, physical and cognitive skills of a user in training
A training device, including: at least two respective response target (7); at least two elastic holder cords (6), each holding said at least one respective response target, wherein each said elastic holder cord (6) is located, in a taut state, between at least one attachment point above a training area and a floor attachment, wherein said at least two holder cords (6) are placed at a distance from one another, with response targets (7) placed thereon, and are connected by a momentum coupling.
Robotic sports performance enhancement and rehabilitation apparatus
A robotic sports apparatus includes a plurality of robotic arms and a plurality of fastening members operably coupled to a respective robotic arm of the plurality of robotic arms. Each fastening member is configured for receiving a limb of a patient. Each robotic arm is configured to move each respective fastening member in at least one of a different direction or a different speed relative to one another for opening neural pathways in the patient.
Motorized Rotatable Exercise Pole
A motorized rotational dance pole assembly is provided. The dance pole can be rotated by an adjustable and controllable motor assembly to provide controlled rotation of the pole at varying speeds. Further, the pole may have a fixed non-rotating mode, as well as a free rotational mode. Operation of the motorized rotational dance pole may be controlled by a remote wireless controller which may be programmable and reprogrammable to adjust operation of the dance pole.

Muscle biasing device
Muscle contraction device including: a frame intended to be wedged between a floor surface (30) and an upper structure (29) of a room, the frame including a structure bar forming a circular arc, an upper element attached to a first end of the structure bar and a lower element attached to a second end of the structure bar both intended to cooperate with the upper structure of the room and the floor surface, respectively, a feedback element attached to the frame, a loading element coupled to the feedback element adapted to be pulled by a user (27) toward the inside of the circular arc of the structure bar and to exert on the loading element a feedback force opposing the pulling force of the user.
Exercise device
An exercise device (100) is supportable by a swivel mount (116) attached to a karabiner (114) and the swivel mount is arranged to lock under load at 90 increments. The device includes a rotatable reel (103) arranged to have a pair of inelastic straps (113a, 113b) rotationally wound thereabout from opposite directions. The reel is rotatable in conjunction with a locking mechanism consisting of a toothed sprocket wheel (104) secured to the reel and a manually operable slideable shaft (106) that is located within a barrel (107). Slots (136, 139) in the shaft and barrel, respectively, permit rotational movement of the sprocket wheel and, hence, reel (103) so that the straps (113a, 113b) may have their length altered against the bias of a coil spring unit (111). Translational movement of the shaft (106) within the barrel (107) causes the full diameter of the shaft (106) to engage between adjacent teeth of the sprocket wheel to lock the reel (103), thereby preventing further adjustment of the straps (113a, 113b). When the reel is released for rotational movement, so pulling on one or both of the straps against the bias of the spring unit causes the straps to be unwound evenly and reducing the pulling force below that of the spring unit causes the straps to be rotationally wound around the reel from opposite directions.
LOW FRICTION REHABILITATION BOARD WITH AN INTEGRAL BAND RETAINING FEATURE AND METHODS OF REHABILITATION
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
