Portable barre exercise device
A barre exercise device providing balance support for a user during exercise may include a horizontal barre exercise bar and a pair of brackets. The horizontal barre exercise bar is elevated above a floor surface by supporting structure in contact with the floor surface. The pair of brackets is attached to the supporting structure. Each bracket of the pair of brackets is adapted to support one or more hand weights therein. The device is lightweight yet structurally configured so as to support a user's entire weight thereon.
Fitness stool
A fitness stool includes a sliding system, a support and connection frame and an elastic device. One end of the sliding system is inserted into and fixed to the ground of the earth and the other end of the sliding system is connected with the support and connection frame. The support and connection frame can be moved upwards and downwards relative to the ground, and the sliding system comprises a sliding rod and a sliding cavity. The elastic device realizes elastic damping and elastic return between the ground and the support and connection frame.
EXOSUIT SYSTEM SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ASSISTING, RESISTING AND ALIGNING CORE BIOMECHANICAL FUNCTIONS
Exosuit systems and methods according to various embodiments are described herein. The exosuit system can be a suit that is worn by a wearer on the outside of his or her body. It may be worn under the wearer's normal clothing, over their clothing, between layers of clothing, or may be the wearer's primary clothing itself. The exosuit may be assistive, as it physically assists the wearer in performing particular activities, or can provide other functionality such as communication to the wearer through physical expressions to the body, engagement of the environment, or capturing of information from the wearer.
FITNESS TRAINING APPARATUS
A fitness training apparatus is described that can include at least one pole, at least one set of one or more adjustable members, and at least one elastic member. The at least one pole can be configured to extend from at least one vicinity of at least one shoulder of a user to another at least one vicinity of a waist of the user. The at least one set of one or more adjustable members can be adjustably coupled to the at least one pole. The at least one elastic member can be configured to be adjustably coupled to the at least one set of one or more adjustable members. Related methods, techniques, articles, systems, and apparatuses are also described.
Multi-functional storage container and fitness training system
In a multi-functional storage container and fitness training system, a storage container of the system includes additional functionality and utility as one or more of a combination of a fitness exercise station, a portable cooler or personal storage container, and a platform to secure smart electronic devices thereon such as smartphones, tablet-like devices, and the like, providing a charging station function to charge these smart devices. The example system may alternatively be understood as a fitness exercise station having multi-functional utility beyond exercise, or a storage container having multi-functional utility beyond the storage of articles.
Three-dimensional rocking chair with variable curvature base for abdominal exercise
An omnidirectional rocking chair for abdominal exercise has a rectangular support base with a convex lower support surface with variable radii of curvature. The chair back supports only the user's lower back. Rocking the chair develops outward momentum in the mass of the user's upper back, arms and head. The minimum lower support surface radius of curvature is in its central portion and the center of that curvature is above the center of gravity of the seated user and chair. The peripheral portions of the lower support surface have larger radii of curvature. The corner portions of the lower support surface have maximum radii of curvature. The effect of progressive increase in support surface radius of curvature is to increase righting moment in the rocking motion where the respective larger radii portions contact the floor. This acts to decelerate outward rocking motion in the chair seat and user's lower back in opposition to the developed outward momentum in the mass of the user's upper back, arms, and head, which engages user abdominal trunk muscles.
Exercise Chair
An exercise chair allows a user to obtain physical exercise at his or her desk or other workplace. An exemplary exercise chair may include a frame, including a base, an angled section angled upward from the front of the base, and a back support extending upward from the rear of the base; a seat support rotatably connected to the angled section; and at least one resistance element connected to a rear portion of the seat support and to the back support.
Tilting Exercise Machine
The present invention relates to the field of fitness training devices and exercise machines. More specifically, a substantially horizontal exercise machine comprising an exercise platform slidable along one or more rails aligned with the longitudinal axis of the machine structure, the slidable platform spring-biased towards one end of the machine, is tiltable to allow for one end of the machine to be raised or lowered relative to the opposed end of the machine.
Cushioning posterior fulcrum back shaper
A cushioning posterior fulcrum back shaper is an apparatus that supports and guides the back and neck of a user. The apparatus encourages the proper form throughout stretches and exercises, positioning each engaged body parts. The apparatus includes a back shaper that supports the arch of the back, and a neck shaper which supports the spine of the user, and consequently the neck. The first grooved channel positions and guides the spine. The back shaper includes a semicircular prismatic body, a sacrum-supporting depression, and a pelvis-supporting depression. The neck shaper includes an elongated body, a first interlocking arm, and a second interlocking arm. The semicircular prismatic body supports the arch of the back. The sacrum-supporting depression and the pelvis-supporting depression position the sacrum and the sacrum and head, respectively. The elongated body is rotatably mounted to the semicircular prismatic body with the first interlocking arm and the second interlocking arm.
Mobility Strap Device
Embodiments disclosed include devices for increasing bed (or sofa, chair, car-seat, etc.) mobility. Various embodiments are provided that may include a bed-strap, a fastening end, a hand-grip, and a pull-strap. Various embodiments of pull strap connector structures may provide types of engagements of the pull strap with a pull strap connector.
