11318348 · 2022-05-03 ·

The present invention is directed, in part, to a system and methods for combining newly designed cardiovascular equipment with the added features of an upper body weight training regimen in order to provide a user a full body workout, cardiovascular exercise and weight training simultaneously. The invention does so by employing either a weight tray apparatus configured to newly designed cardiovascular equipment or machine or through the use of an adjustable weight training apparatus combined with the newly designed cardiovascular equipment or machine. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and methods for combining newly designed cardiovascular equipment including stationary and recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, treadmills and stair steppers, with a tray apparatus that allows a user to employ free weights. The invention further relates to a system and methods for combining newly designed cardiovascular equipment including stationary and recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, treadmills and stair steppers that are configured with an adjustable weight training apparatus that allows a user to build upper body muscle groups simultaneously with cardiovascular exercise, in effect, providing a full body workout.

Physical exercise apparatus

An exercise apparatus is provided that allows the user to assist the force applied with one arm or leg by exerting force from another appendage, without the use of complex mechanical linkages. The apparatus may also be reconfigured to accommodate the user in a wide variety of positions.

SPEED BAG TYPE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT

The present disclosure discloses an exercise bike capable of folding and changing at multiple angles. The exercise bike includes a base unit, a stand unit pivotally connected to a front end of the base unit, and a first resistance unit and a second resistance unit arranged on the stand unit and suitable for providing resistance for limbs when moving. The stand unit includes a lower riser that rotates in a first angle range relative to the base unit, and an upper riser that rotates in a second angle range relative to the lower riser.

ADJUSTABLE FOUR-BAR LINKAGE ASSEMBLY EXERCISE STATION
20220023707 · 2022-01-27 ·

A four-bar linkage assembly exercise station that can be adjusted to various configurations to create various exercise motions having at least one adjustable operational pivot that is movable prior to operation of the machine and stationary during operation of the machine and at least one stationary adjustment pivot operatively connected to the at least one adjustable operational pivot. The stationary adjustment pivot is also operatively connected to an adjusting and latching component or assembly that can be engaged by a user prior to operation of the machine to adjust the four-bar linkage assembly exercise station to a desired configuration to create a unique exercise motion and secure the desired configuration of the adjustable four-bar linkage assembly.

Climbing exercise machine

An exercise machine creates a simulated continuous resisted climbing motion. The machine includes a floor- or ground-contacting base frame and two or more substantially vertically oriented uprights, wherein at least one upright is rigidly connected to the base frame. The machine further includes two handles and two foot pedals, each handle and each foot pedal being movably engaged with an upright for linear reciprocating motion along the upright. The handles and foot pedals are interconnected so that they move concurrently. An adjustable resistance mechanism may be operatively connected to the interconnection of the handles and foot pedals to provide adjustable resistance for the simulated continuous climbing motion.

FITNESS APPARATUS
20220008777 · 2022-01-13 ·

The present application relates to a fitness apparatus having a housing on which are arranged a first supporting element and also a second supporting element. The first and the second supporting elements can be moved linearly in each case in two spatial dimensions located at right angles to one another. The housing has at least one active element, by means of which a movement of the first supporting element or of the second supporting element out of a respective starting position is counteracted by a force. The housing also has at least one coupling element, which couples the linear movement of the first supporting element in a to first direction of a first of the two spatial dimensions to a linear movement of the second supporting element in the second direction, which opposes the first direction in this first of the two spatial dimensions.

Human Powered Strengthening Machine

A human power strengthening machine consisting of a frame, hand pedals, foot pedals and a flywheel coupled to said frame, with hand grips and foot-bindings coupled to said pedals wherein the grips and bindings allow the user to crank said pedals and drive a flywheel. There is a unit, which provides magnetic resistance to the flywheel. Also coupled to the frame can be a display with microphone for voice control of magnetic resistance to the flywheel. In this case there can be, for example, a flywheel, which is driven by the pedals, a magnetic resistance unit and display with microphone for voice control of flywheel resistance, plus non-driven casters as well.
