COMBUSTION INSTALLATION HAVING AT LEAST ONE INTERFERING ELEMENT REMOVAL MEANS IN THE CONVEYOR LINE FOR THE COMBUSTION RESIDUES
A combustion installation has a combustion chamber for the combustion of a fuel, wherein combustion residues of the fuel combusted in the combustion chamber are fed, via an outlet of the combustion chamber, to a crusher for the purpose of comminuting the combustion residues, and at least one interfering element removal means is arranged in a conveyor line for the combustion residues, by means of which interfering elements that are conveyed in the combustion residues but cannot be comminuted by the crusher can be removed via an interfering element removal opening.
Ash discharge system
An ash discharge system has a conveyor device which transports clinker ash out of a region that is below a furnace bottom of a boiler furnace; and a separation device provided at a passage of the clinker ash from the furnace bottom to the conveyor device, the separation device including a separator which permits the clinker ash with a predetermined size or less to pass through the separator, and inhibits a large-mass clinker from passing through the separator, the large-mass clinker being the clinker ash with a size larger than the predetermined size.

Belt transportation system
A conveyor belt (10) of closed-path type comprising a plurality of transport plates (50), defining a transport surface for the material in a forward run of the conveyor belt itself, which plates are arranged in sequence along a longitudinal transport direction (L), wherein each plate bears a first (55) and a second (56) longitudinal end portion thereat, in said forward run, it is respectively superimposed on an adjacent plate arranged upstream of the sequence with respect to the longitudinal transport direction and placed under an adjacent plate arranged downstream in such sequence, or vice versa; and an annular structure (51) for connecting said plates being arranged, in said forward run, below said plates, wherein at least one of said plates, at said first or second longitudinal portion of superimposing or placing under an adjacent plate, has a cross section with thickness (s) decreased with respect to a remaining portion of the plate itself.

Fuel management system for a biomass furnace
A fuel management system for a biomass furnace features a common drive motor operatively coupled to both a fuel delivery conveyor, which is arranged to support and displace fuel during combustion in a combustion chamber of the furnace, and an ash removal conveyor which is arranged to transfer ash generated by the combustion out of the combustion chamber. The system also features ducting which extends around the fuel delivery conveyor to convey airflow generated by a blower for subsequent discharge both below and above the fuel during combustion. Furthermore, the system features a housing which operably supports at least the fuel delivery conveyor and which is arranged to be removably insertible into the combustion chamber of the furnace.
