EXERCISER
An exerciser has a frame, a driving assembly, a damping assembly, and a linkage assembly. The frame has a base and a rear supporting rod. The driving assembly is mounted on the frame and has two swinging rods, two sprockets, two chains, and two resilient members. The swinging rods are connected to the rear supporting rod. The two sprockets are mounted rotatably on the rear supporting rod. The two chains are respectively engaged with the two sprockets. The two resilient members are connected respectively to the chains. The damping assembly is mounted on the rear supporting rod and is connected to the driving assembly to provide a damping effect to the two sprockets. The linkage assembly is connected between the base of the frame and the two swinging rods to allow the two swinging rod to respectively swing in reverse directions.
Exercise machine
An exercise machine is provided. The exercise machine may include a frame, an adjustment assembly coupled to the frame and selectively movable relative thereto, a foot linkage arranged to reciprocally move in a closed loop path, and a handle linkage arranged to reciprocally move in a defined path. The adjustment assembly may include a pivot axis. The foot linkage may be pivotably coupled to the adjustment assembly at the pivot axis such that selective movement of the pivot axis relative to the frame alters the closed loop path of the foot linkage in use. Movement of one of the foot linkage and the handle linkage may cause corresponding movement of the other of the foot linkage and the handle linkage Actuation of the adjustment assembly may selectively move the pivot axis in more than one direction.
HORSE-RIDING MACHINE WITH ROWING FUNCTION
A horse-riding machine with rowing function includes a driven assembly hinged with a base assembly, one end of a moment arm is hinged with the driven assembly; an armrest of the driving assembly is provided at top of the main body rod, and the footrests are provided at a bottom of the main body rod. The bottom of the paddle rod is connected with the bottom of the main body rod, and the middle of the main body rod is hinged with the other end of the moment arm; when the driving assembly swings, the driven assembly is driven by the driving arm to swing back and forth through the moment arm; one end of the elastic rope is connected to the driven assembly, and the other end of the elastic rope is detachably fixed on the base assembly. When the driven assembly swings, the elastic rope is elastically stretched.
Monitoring and Tracking Athletic Activity
Tracking and monitoring athletic activity offers individuals with additional motivation to continue such behavior. An individual may track his or her athletic activity by completing goals. These goals may be represented by real-world objects such as food items, landmarks, buildings, statues, other physical structures, toys and the like. Each object may correspond to an athletic activity goal and require an amount of athletic activity to complete the goal. For example, a donut goal object may correspond to an athletic activity goal of burning 350 calories. The user may progress from goal object to goal object. Goal objects may increase in difficulty (e.g., amount of athletic activity required) and might only be available for selection upon completing an immediately previous goal object, a number of goal objects, an amount of athletic activity and the like.
System and method for targeted neurological therapy using brainwave entrainment with passive treatment
A system and method for targeted neurological treatment using brainwave entrainment therapy with passive treatment that allows for targeted treatment of particular areas of the brain, particular neurological functions, particular neurological states, and combinations of areas, functions, and states. The system and method receive gait parameters for an individual and compare those against a database of historical gait data to determine if an onset neurodegenerative condition is present, and applies a brainwave entrainment therapy responsive to the determination of the condition. The system and method receive a neurological assessment identifying areas of the brain or neurological functions to be treated, select one or more treatment modalities and frequencies, select a treatment regimen, and apply brainwave entrainment using a treatment regimen while the subject engages in dual-task activities selected to stimulate the areas of the brain, neurological functions, or neurological states to be treated, enhanced, or altered.
Overspeed Trainer to Improve Maximal Running Speed in Human Subjects
Disclosed is a machine that functions by a human subject standing on a stationary base with one foot on the base and the other foot on a pedal. The foot on the pedal is positioned such that the hip and knee joints are in the flexed position. On command, the human subject will force the flexed hip and knee joints to full extension. The full extension is followed by relaxation of the engaged muscles allowing the elastic bands to force the hip and knee joints back to the flex position (or starting position). This action is repeated for as many times as is possible within a given period of time. Upright bars (support structure) allow the individual to stabilize themselves during the action. Adjustments can be made to the pedal height of the machine in order to allow proper training for human subjects who differ in height.
Exercise apparatus
An improved exercise equipment including a stationary exercise apparatus, a lever arm pivotably biased about a pivot axis, and a support for supporting the lever arm above the stationary exercise apparatus. The pivot axis extends substantially in a vertical direction. The stationary exercise apparatus is of a type to cause the legs of a user to scissor as the user operates the stationary exercise apparatus. In an exemplary embodiment, the stationary exercise apparatus is a treadmill.
LEG TRAINING DEVICE
Exemplary arrangements provide leg training devices suitable for high intensity training of hip flexors while simultaneously training the extensors of hip and knee joints. The exemplary leg training devices include foot fixings which are permanent vertically movable components of the device, each of which are configured to releasably engage a foot of a user in operative engagement therewith while limiting the movement of the foot relative to the foot fixings. Each of the foot fixings is operatively connected to a suitable mechanism that provides a resistance force to vertical movement of the foot fixing by the user's leg. In exemplary arrangements the resistance force may be selectively variable with regard to the magnitude and/or point of application so as to provide the desired training regimen.
Exercise device
An exercise device of the type including a frame with a first crank assembly rotatably coupled to the frame about a first axis and a second crank assembly rotatably coupled to the frame about a second axis. A control system may be used in communication with the first crank assembly and the second crank assembly, which may provide a synchronous movement of the first crank assembly relative to the second crank assembly. A pedal arm may be provided with a first end pivotally coupled to the first crank assembly and a pedal positioned on a second end. A crank link may be used with one end coupled to the second crank assembly and a second end coupled to the pedal arm. The crank link may be movable on the pedal arm which may provide varying paths of motion of the pedals.
SWING EXERCISE MACHINE
The present invention discloses a swing exercise machine including a support frame, a pair of footrests disposed at both sides of support frame and at least one suspension arm disposed between footrests and support frame, each footrest is rotatably connected to at least one suspension arm, and a pivot assembly is provided between the support frame and each suspension arm. The present invention is equipped with a support frame, a pair of footrests, and at least one suspension arm disposed between each footrest and support frame, each footrest is rotatably connected to at least one suspension arm, the connected X and Y pivot assemblies are disposed between suspension arms and support frame to allow footrests to swing back-and-forth, left-and-right. The present invention has simple structure and small volume, can realize effect of large-scale forward, backward, left and right movement of footrests through suspension arms, thus can effectively realize fitness effects.
