System and method for a pellet-fired smoker
This invention relates in general to a pellet-fired smoker which includes a housing having a smoke chamber defined within it. A hopper holding pellet fuel supplies pellets through one or more augers to one or more fire pots configured to enhance smoking a food product by increasing the smoke flowing to a food product at various cooking temperatures.
TWO COMPONENT CHAR AND BIOCHAR COMBUSTION/PYROLIZATION SYSTEM
A combustion/pyrolization system for generating at least one of char and biochar comprising an upper base frame supporting a combustion/pyrolization housing, and the combustion/pyrolization housing having both an open top end and an open bottom end. A char collection bin defining a collection chamber therein and a perforated grate normally covering the open top end of the char collection bin. The perforated grate being sized so as to permit desired sized char and/or biochar to pass therethrough into the collection chamber. The open bottom end of the combustion/pyrolization housing of the upper base frame is movable into an engaged position where the combustion/pyrolization housing partially receives and surrounds the perforated grate and defines a combustion/pyrolization chamber for receiving and consuming feed material. The upper base frame is movable out of engagement with the perforated grate to facilitate movement of the perforated grate and removal of the generated char and/or biochar.

Cooker Burner
The present invention discloses a cooker burner. The cooker burner comprises a base (1), a first ejector passage (3), a plurality of primary air passages (4), a cap (5) and a transfer passage (6), the base (1) has a chamber (11) and at least one first ejector (12); the first ejector passage (3) has a central chamber (311) and a peripheral chamber (312), the peripheral chamber (312) is used for making primary air around the periphery of the central chamber (311) uniform. With the design of the first ejector passage, the gas in the central chamber is more directly mix with the primary air in the peripheral chamber, improving the mixing uniformity and air intake rate around the periphery of the central chamber. Therefore, yellow flame and backfire can be avoided.

FURNACE
A furnace including a combustion chamber for burning fuel can have increased fuel burning efficiency, increased heating efficiency, and decreased harmful emissions of combustion byproducts. A combustion air delivery system delivers primary and secondary combustion air to the combustion chamber. Primary and secondary combustion air may be delivered at amounts that increase burning efficiency. An amount of secondary combustion air can be controlled by a valve system. A heat transfer device efficiently transfers heat from products of combustion for heating an enclosed space.
