FURNACE
A furnace including a combustion chamber for burning fuel can have increased fuel burning efficiency, increased heating efficiency, and decreased harmful emissions of combustion byproducts. A combustion air delivery system delivers primary and secondary combustion air to the combustion chamber. Primary and secondary combustion air may be delivered at amounts that increase burning efficiency. An amount of secondary combustion air can be controlled by a valve system. A heat transfer device efficiently transfers heat from products of combustion for heating an enclosed space.

Furnace
A furnace including a housing and a firebox in the housing having a combustion chamber. The furnace includes a combustion air delivery system for delivering combustion air to the combustion chamber. The combustion air delivery system includes a manifold mounted outside the combustion chamber and extending vertically along the front face of the combustion chamber from a lower end to an upper end. An air blower is mounted on the manifold. The combustion air delivery system includes a primary combustion air passage for delivering air from the air blower to a primary combustion air outlet at the front face of the combustion chamber. The combustion air delivery system includes a secondary combustion air passage for delivering air to a secondary combustion air outlet positioned inside the combustion chamber adjacent the top face of the combustion chamber.
Gasification stove
A gasification stove includes an upper housing including an upper hollow body and a dome section, and a lower housing including a lower hollow body that form a stove chamber when connected to each other. A separator for collecting a gas and flame generated from burning of the biomass is arranged in the stove chamber and includes a bowl section and a chimney section. The bowl section has a first set of holes, and an upper part of the chimney section has a second set of holes. The upper part of the chimney section is air-tightly attached to an edge of a chimney opening of the upper housing. At least some of the gas flows through the first set of holes and the second set of holes to enter into the chimney section so as to react with the flame or hot air in the chimney section to generate additional flame power.
Furnace combustion system and method
A furnace system includes a burner assembly configured to generate combustion products within a primary combustion zone comprising one or more burners. The furnace system includes a panel disposed downstream of the burner assembly along a flow path for the combustion products, where the panel includes at least one panel opening. The furnace system also includes a secondary combustion air gap defined by one or more spacers disposed between the burner assembly and the panel, such that a secondary combustion zone is established between the burner assembly and the panel and/or downstream of the panel. The secondary combustion air gap is downstream from and external the burner assembly.

High efficiency solid fuel burning stove with optimized burning conditions and low level of emission
A solid fuel stove uses a dynamically controlled Combustion Fan and a Smart Controller system for automatic regulation of combustion conditions through the controlled forced air circulation based on sensors readings. The stove also uses emission reducing and efficiency boosting equipment such as a co-axial stack heat recovery sub-system and a self-cleaning particulate collector with enhanced particulates trapping capabilities.

COMBUSTOR
A combustor includes a combustion chamber including a grate and a combustion space formed above the grate; a fuel supply portion downwardly connected to a central portion of the grate to supply fuel to an upper portion of the grate; an air supply part connected to a side portion of the combustion chamber to be inclined on a horizontal plane, such that the combustion air rotates in the combustion space; a clinker collection portion downwardly communicating with a gap formed between an inner wall of the combustion chamber and the grate, to collect clinker generated by combustion of fuel in the clinker collection portion; and a reintroduction channel passing through the grate, such that the combustion air is reintroduced into the combustion space.
Air nozzle arrangement in a fluidized bed boiler, grate for a fluidized bed boiler, and a fluidized bed boiler
An air nozzle arrangement for a fluidized bed boiler, comprising an air feed pipe and an air nozzle which limit an air feed duct configured to supply air to the furnace of the fluidized bed boiler. The air nozzle arrangement comprises a surface configured to guide coarse material along said surface. At least part of said surface is thermally insulated from the air nozzle and/or the air feed pipe. Furthermore, at least part of said surface is configured to protect at least part of said air nozzle and/or air feed pipe. Thus, the temperature of said surface is configured to be high when the fluidized bed boiler is in operation, whereby the solidification of molten material of the fluidized bed in the air nozzle arrangement is reduced.
