CONTROL DEVICE FOR GAS OVENS
A control device for gas ovens, including: a valve body exhibiting an inlet opening for combustible gas and an outlet opening for combustible gas; a passage conduit for passage of the gas, fashioned internally of the valve body for setting the inlet opening in fluid communication with the outlet opening; a selector device associated with the valve body and exhibiting at least one shutter for at least partly interfering in the gas passage conduit and defining a reduction or interruption of the section for passage of the fluid in the conduit; the valve body including at least one sliding channel for the shutter, the sliding channel being made as a single body with the valve body and in communication with the gas passage conduit, the selector device being coupled to the sliding channel.
Regulator/magnetic control valve combination
A control valve may include a fluid inlet, a plurality of fluid outlets, and a plurality of magnets. One of the plurality of magnets controls fluid flow for each of one of the plurality of fluid outlets. One of the plurality of magnets controls fluid flow for the remaining of the plurality of magnets. When the magnet controlling fluid flow for the remaining of the plurality of magnets is energized, fluid flow is permitted to the remaining of the plurality of magnets. When the remaining of the plurality of magnets are energized, fluid flow is permitted to the respective plurality of fluid outlets.
GAS STOVE HAVING TEMPERATURE SENSING FUNCTION
A gas stove having a temperature sensing function comprises a stove body, a temperature sensor and a gas controller. The stove body includes a burner assembly for heating a pot. The temperature sensor includes a thermopile sensor and a signal processor. The thermopile sensor senses infrared rays radiating from the pot and outputs a sensing signal. The signal processor is electrically connected with the thermopile sensor to process the sensing signal and outputs a control signal. The gas controller is electrically connected with the signal processor and adjusts a gas flow supplied to the burner assembly according to the control signal. The aforementioned gas stove senses the temperature of the pot with a non-contact manner.
Safety Valve Adapted for a Cooking Appliance
According to one implementation a gas safety valve is provided that includes a reel onto which a coil is wound, the coil including a phase wire and a grounding wire. The reel has an elongated projection having first and second electrical contact areas onto which the phase wire and grounding wire are respectively arranged. The gas safety valve further includes an electromagnet having a core that is at least partially housed in an internal cavity of the reel. The safety gas valve also includes a support and a phase connector. The first electrical contact area is arranged such that it is inserted in the phase connector and the second electrical contact area is arranged such that it is inserted in the support, both electrical contact areas exerting an elastic force against the phase connector and the support, respectively, assuring the electrical connection between the phase wire and the phase connector, and between the grounding wire and the support, respectively.
Gas Cock
A gas cock that according to some embodiments includes an electromagnetic actuator having an electrically conductive static element and an electrically conductive moving element. The gas cock has a closure element that is attached to and moves with the moving element. The gas cock has an actuator shaft that in a first position does not contact the moving element, and in a second position pushes against the moving element to cause the moving element to make contact with the static element. The static element is electrically coupled to a signal line. When the actuator shaft is in the second position the closure element is positioned to permit gas flow through the gas cock and the actuator shaft is electrically coupled with the signal line.
COMBUSTION CONTROLLING SYSTEM
A combustion controlling system according to the present invention provides a signal path for transmitting the normal combustion signal SB output from the master device to the transmission line through cascade-connected slave devices. Then, the combustion controlling system determines whether each of the slave devices outputs the normal combustion signal SB to the subsequent device based on whether there is a flame of the corresponding burner, or not, during the combustion of burners, and the master device closes a safety shutoff valve on the condition that an input of a normal combustion signal SBo from a transmission line is stopped.
GAS CONTROL SYSTEM
An apparatus includes a high-pressure tank, a controller, a valve, controlled by the controller, and a heater.
VALVE DELIVERY APPARATUS
A gas delivery apparatus has a delivery pipe that extends from a gas entrance end to a gas delivery end along which an entrance component, a pressure regulator and a flow rate regulator are present, coordinated with each other in order to supply on each occasion the desired quantity of gas to a burner of an apparatus fed with gas. or p with an air-gas mixture.
LOW EMISSION DIRECT FIRED PROCESS AIR HEATING
A system and method for heating process air is disclosed. Low NOx burners are provided with low temperature combustion air, e.g., less than about 0° C., and fuel at varying amounts to maintain a desired balance between low NO.sub.2 and low CO emissions. The amount of combustion air and the amount of fuel may be adjusted to achieve desired low NO.sub.2 and low CO via a feedback control system.
Apparatus for regulating the temperature of a grill, in particular a gas grill
An apparatus for regulating the temperature of a grill is disposed between a supply unit for gas and a gas outlet unit, which is part of the grill and is used for grilling the food, wherein the apparatus includes a control element for regulating the gas using a gas outlet regulator, which can generally be operated by hand. The apparatus includes at least one electronic regulation element, a regulation unit, as well as at least one sensor, wherein the regulation element includes a holding element and a transmitter element, wherein the holding element can be coupled with the mechanical control element of the grill, and the transmitter element, and thereby the mechanical control element, is adjustable as a function of the variable that is determined by the regulation unit.
