EXERCISE DEVICE
Systems and methods directed to a multi-configurable fitness device are disclosed. The device includes an upper base, a lower base, one or more wings, and a pivoting mechanism. The upper base and the one or more wings form a device holder being shaped and sized to receive an electronic device.
Dynamic training device
Training devices having at least two elastic members are respectively connected to opposing ends of an inelastic member. The training devices have first and second handles coupled to a respective one of the at least two elastic members. The training devices may be used to add various strength training modalities to a cardiovascular workout or fitness regimen. The training devices may be provided in the form of a kit including elastic and inelastic members having differing elasticities, lengths, and widths and including removable handles, potentially of differing types.
CHEST EXPANDER
The present invention relates to a chest expander including a head, two operating arms of which upper end portions are coupled to the head using rotating shafts, and at least one gas spring disposed between and coupled to the two operating arms by a lower end of the gas spring being rotatably coupled to one operating arm and an upper end of the gas spring being coupled to an upper portion of the other operating arm, wherein a moving hole extending in an arc shape about the lower end of the gas spring is formed in the upper portion of the operating arm, a slider is provided to movably support the upper end of the gas spring along the moving hole, and the slider includes a stopper which fixes the slider.
Ab exercise device
An ab exercise device including a first tube member, a second tube member movable with respect to the first tube member, an elastic member resisting a downward movement of the second tube member and moving the second tube member upward with respect to the first tube member, a first and a second side part for supporting the ab exercise device respectively against a first and a second surface, the first and the second side part being arranged respectively to a first and a second side of the first tube member in an upper end of the first tube member, and a top part for pressing down the second tube member, the top part being attached to the second tube member.
Exercise device
An exercise device that may be used to perform a complete exercise routine. In some implementations, the device includes three block members. A first block may be in the form of a modified rectangular prism. Sides of the first block may have cutouts extending downwardly from the top of the block for receiving a user's feet or elbows for exercises. A portion of the front side of the first block may slope inwardly toward the bottom of the block, and a portion of the top may slope inwardly toward the front side. At the junction of the top and front sides, a rectangular notch may be provided for cradling a user's upper arm or lower leg for exercises. A second block may be in the form of a rectangular prism, and may be joined to the first block for use in some exercises. A third block may be in the form of a truncated triangular prism, and may be positioned between the first block and the ground to tilt and/or stabilize the first block during some exercises. The sides of some of the blocks may incorporate a surface feature to enable the blocks to interlock with each other.
MULTI-FUNCTION EXERCISE MACHINES WITH MECHANICAL PUSH AND PULL RESISTANCE
Exercise machines having a user support and at least one user engagement actuator assembly wherein motion of the at least one user engagement actuator assemblies is resisted in both the push and pull directions by the resisted rotation of a one-direction flywheel that is operatively engaged with a braking mechanism. The resistance of the push direction can be less, greater, or equal to the resistance of the pull direction. Each user engagement actuator assembly can be configured to create various unique push and pull exercise stations. Multiple exercise stations can be mounted on each machine that can be operated independently or concurrently.
Exercise Gloves with Integrated Form Band
A pair of exercise gloves with integrated form band is presented. The present invention contains a first glove, a second glove, and a form strap. The first glove and the second glove each contains a main body, a plurality of fingers, and a wrist cuff. The main body contains a palm portion. The form strap contains a first strap end and a second strap end. The palm portion is positioned between the plurality of fingers and the wrist cuff. The first strap end and the second strap end are positioned terminally opposite to each other along the form strap. The first strap end is connected between the palm portion and the wrist cuff of the first glove. The second strap end is connected between the palm portion and the wrist cuff of the second glove.
ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE BAND AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
An adjustable resistance band for exercise or physical therapy apparatus including a webbing hook component, strap and slots with openings for adjustability in which the band is easily secured around the user's legs or torso by placing the webbing hook in one of the loop openings.
Exercise system for exercising oblique muscles and method of using the system
An exercise system for exercising a body's oblique muscle group relies upon a wheel mechanism having an outer wheel portion arranged at a first radial distance and an inner wheel portion arranged at a second radial distance, where the outer and inner wheel parts include respective sets of handgrips. A weight system is arranged to be coupled to and decoupled from the wheel mechanism. A coupling mechanism couples the weight system to and decouples the weight system from the wheel mechanism, in a first circumferential direction, or in a second circumferential direction. The hand grips allow a user to grasp the wheel mechanism and turn it in the first or the second circumferential directions against a respective force that the wheel mechanism is turned against that is defined by the aggregate selected weight when coupled to the wheel mechanism, in one of the first and second circumferential directions.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device having a unique asymmetrical shape with rounded ends of differing radii to provide stability and added resistance.
