CUSTOMIZABLE ANATOMICAL SACRAL-ISCHIAL APPARATUS
One of the most common health and fitness problems that modern-day humans face is the “Belly Bulge Syndrome”. This core problem is related to weakness of the abdominal muscle, mainly Rectus Abdominus muscle. The current invention provides a customizable anatomical sacral-ischial apparatus in different embodiments as multiple devices to assist the user to strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscle during exercise and rest. These devices are called HUMAN ABDOMINAL REHABILITATION DEVICES (“HARD”). The use of these devices can improve human health and fitness and contribute to a more active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Multifunctional fitness chair
A multifunctional fitness chair includes an underframe, an armrest frame, an upper backrest frame, and a lower backrest frame. The underframe comprises left and right underframes, and underframe fixed shaft, and the armrest frame comprises left and right armrest frames and armrest fixed shaft, the left and right underframes are hinged on the left and right armrest frames, and the extension parts of the left and right armrest frames are correspondingly provided with left and right limiting plates which restrict the upward rotation of the left and right underframes. The upper backrest frame is fixed with an upper backrest shaft bushing, and at least two sets of symmetrically distributed upper backrests are arranged on the upper backrest frame. The lower backrest frame is fixed with a lower backrest shaft bushing, and at least two sets of symmetrically distributed lower backrests are arranged on the lower backrest frame.

A method of storing an exercise apparatus by moving the exercise apparatus from an apparatus use position into an apparatus storage position comprises releasing a mast relative to a frame and moving the mast from an upward, mast use position to a downward, mast storage position proximate the frame positioned on a support surface. The method can also include releasing a post relative to the mast from a post use position to a post storage position, and/or releasing a handle relative to the frame and moving the handle from a handle use position to a handle storage position proximate the frame.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an exercise device. In one embodiment, an exercise device includes a first arm and a second arm opposing the first arm. The first arm includes a first arc portion, a second arc portion, and a third arc portion, wherein the first arc portion is disposed between and coupled to the second arc portion and the third arc portion, and the second arc portion and the third arc portion are equal in size and a duplicate image of each other with respect to an axis passing through a center point of the first arc portion. The second arm is coupled to the first arm via a pair of parallel bars. The first arm and the second arm are a duplicate image of each other, and the first arm, the second arm, and the pair of parallel bars form a quadrilateral frame.
Multi-Axis Adjustable Exercise Machine
A multi-axis adjustable exercise machine which is pivotable about both a pitch axis and a roll axis with respect to a base for allowing an exerciser to perform a wide range of exercises on a pitched or rolled exercise machine. The multi-axis adjustable exercise machine generally includes an exercise machine which is adjustable with respect to a base. The exercise machine may be pivoted about a roll axis to adjust the roll angle of the exercise machine or may be pivoted about a pitch axis to adjust the pitch angle of the exercise machine. One or more actuators may be connected between the base and the exercise machine to effectuate the pivoting of the exercise machine about either or both axes with respect to the base.

A respiratory pressure training strap includes a waist-back support, two shoulder straps, a chest strap and a belly strap; wherein the waist-back support is a main body of the respiratory pressure training strap, an upper portion of the waist-back support is connected to first ends of the shoulder straps, and a lower portion of the waist-back support is connected to the belly strap as well as second ends of the shoulder straps; wherein two ends of the chest strap are respectively connected to a left shoulder strap and a right shoulder strap of the shoulder straps; wherein the belly strap laterally extends from the lower portion of the waist-back support; wherein respiratory pressure regulators are respectively arranged on the waist-back support, the chest strap, and the belly strap. The present invention can realize the respiratory posture correction for the user by the reverse pressures.
Core exercise device
An exercise device includes a body engagement portion and a ground engagement portion. The body engagement portion is capable of supporting a user. The body engagement portion includes a base surface capable of supporting the user in a standard plank position. The ground engagement portion includes an arched contact surface that allows the user to rotate between a first side plank position, the standard plank position, and a second side plank position relative to a support surface while the arched contact surface remains in contact with the support surface and the body engagement portion supports the user.

The massage device includes a base assembly, the base assembly configured to be disposed on a support surface; at least one pole member configured to be coupled to the base assembly, the at least one pole member configured to extend upwardly from a top surface of the base assembly; and at least one massage head configured to be selectively coupled to the at least one pole member by a user, the selective coupling of the at least one massage head to the at least one pole member enabling the massage device to provide a massage to various parts of a user's body.
Planking exercise belt
A planking exercise belt assists the user in performing a planking exercise regimen by alerting the user when a proper plank position is not maintained during performance of the regimen. The planking exercise belt includes a belt that is adjustably secured about the user's lower torso and waist. An adjustable strap interconnects the belt and a weight. A connector is provided on the belt to removably attach the strap to the belt. When a user droops or does not engage their core muscle groups, a tension in the strap is relieved to alert the user to the poor form in performing the exercise. When the user elevates their buttocks, the weight elevates from the ground to alert the user of this improper form.
