ATOMIZATION BURNER WITH FLEXIBLE FIRE RATE
A burner includes an atomizing chamber, a flame tube in front of the atomizing chamber adapted to direct combusting fuel introduced by the atomizing chamber along an interior of the flame tube, and a controller. The controller is programmed to independently control rate of fuel flow to the atomizing chamber, rate of atomizing air flow to the atomizing chamber, and rate of combustion air to the flame tub. The controller is also programmed to perform operations including regulating, based on output of a gas sensor, at least the rate of combustion air to the flame tube to substantially maintain a first predetermined amount of excess air in the flame tube.
GAS CONTROL VALVE, HOB AND GAS OVEN
A gas control valve for a hob includes a valve housing, and a valve body accommodated in the valve housing. The valve body is rotatable in a predetermined direction of rotation from a closed position, in which the gas control valve is closed, into an open position, in which the gas control valve is open. The valve body is rotatable in the predetermined direction of rotation beyond the open position into a low-flame position when the valve body is rotated from the open position into the low-flame position for controlling a flow volume of combustion gas flowing through the gas control valve/ The valve body is rotatable in opposition to the predetermined direction of rotation from the open position into a booster position, in which the flow volume of combustion gas is greater than the flow volume of combustion gas in the open position.
Gas range
A gas range including a main valve and an auxiliary valve, providing a weak fire power by blocking some of gas flow paths, when a cooking container reaches a setting temperature, by the auxiliary valve so as to let the rice stand after cooking or simmer the ingredients to prepare stock for a long time, and blocking gas supply by closing the main valve when the cooking container becomes in an overheated state so as to prevent an accident by overheat.
Systems and Methods for Detecting Pressure in a Gas Furnace
Systems and methods are provided for gas furnace systems, including a pressure transducer and optionally one or more pressure switches for efficiently achieving multiple operating modes and/or multiple fuel-to-air mixtures. The pressure transducer may determine a pressure setting at the heat exchanger and based on the pressure value may determine an amount to open a gas valve. As pressure transducer is capable of detecting a range of pressures, multiple different operational modes may be achieved by adjusting the opening of the gas valve depending on the detected pressure. The pressure switches may be used to calibrate and/or confirm the accuracy of the pressure transducer. For example, the output of a pressure switch may be compared to an output of a pressure transducer at a given inductor fan setting to determine whether the pressure transducer is accurate and/or calibrated.
Modulating Burner
A modulating burner apparatus includes a variable speed blower feeding a multi-chamber burner having first and second burner chambers. A manifold system communicates the blower with the burner, and a flow control valve member is located between the blower and the second chamber of the burner. The flow control valve is configured to provide fuel and air mixture from the blower to only the first burner chamber at lower blower speeds of the blower and to both the first and second burner chambers at higher blower speeds of the blower.
JET ENGINE, FLYING OBJECT, AND METHOD OF OPERATING A JET ENGINE
A jet engine has an inlet which takes in air, a combustor which combusts fuel by using the air, and a fuel control section which controls supply of the fuel. The combustor has a fuel supplying section which supplies the fuel, injectors which inject the fuel. Each injector contains openings which inject the fuel. The fuel supplying section supplies the fuel to the injector in a flow rate according to a command of an autopilot. The fuel control section controls the injectors such that the number of the openings which inject the fuel or flow-path cross-section areas of the pipes which send the fuel in case of the low-speed is more than the number of the openings which inject the fuel or the flow-path cross-section areas of the pipes which send the fuel in case of the high-speed.
Dual venturi
Provided is a dual venturi. The dual venturi includes a housing including a housing body opened in a reference direction so that a gas or air flows, an inner partition wall through which an inner space of the housing body is divided into a first conduit and a second conduit, and a gas providing part provided with a first gas conduit passing through the first conduit to allow the first conduit to communicate with the outside therein and a second gas conduit configured to allow the second conduit to communicate with the outside, an opening/closing unit disposed in the inner space to open and close the first gas conduit and the second conduit, and a driver connected to the opening/closing unit to provide driving force to the opening/closing unit.
BURNER SYSTEM
A burner system includes an artificial intelligence executed on a processing element, a burner control system including: a burner, an oxidizer subsystem, and a fuel subsystem. The artificial intelligence is operative to control the burner control system.
High turndown combustion system and method
Combustion systems configured to achieve, and methods of operating combustion systems to attain, enhanced high turndown operation, are disclosed herein. In one example embodiment, a combustion system includes an air flow tube, an air inlet damper, a gas train, a mixing chamber, a burner, and a blower. A flow of air via the tube into the mixing chamber is governed at least in part by a status of the air inlet damper. Further, the air inlet damper includes a damper plate having an outer perimeter with a first edge portion that is complementary to an inner surface of the tube and one or more additional edge portions that define a first inwardly-extending cutout. In another example embodiment, the combustion system includes a control device configured to cause a control signal for receipt by the damper motor to vary nonlinearly in response to variation of a modulation signal.
GAS SYSTEM, HEATING APPARATUS AND TEMPERATURE REGULATING CONTROL METHOD
Disclosed in the present disclosure is a gas system, including a valve switch member, provided with a mild-flame port and a functional port; an electromagnetic valve, connected to the functional port of the valve switch member; and a burner component, wherein the mild-flame port of the valve switch member is in communication with the burner component in a mild-flame state, and the electromagnetic valve is opened so that both the mild-flame port and the functional port of the valve switch member are in communication with the burner component in a high-flame state. Also, disclosed is a heating device based on the gas system, and a temperature regulating control method applying the gas system, addressing the problem that the existing gas water heater has a large number of components leading to a messy connection during assembly, higher cost and being not conducive to subsequent troubleshooting and maintenance.
