The engine component includes a component internal passage. The engine component is configured to receive fuel from the fuel source. The engine component is configured to crack at least some of the fuel within the component internal passage thereby cooling the engine component and providing at least partially cracked fuel. The assembly is configured to direct the at least partially cracked fuel into the flowpath for combustion.

A filter assembly for an engine, has: a housing having a longitudinal axis and defining an internal volume, the housing having an open end and defining an oil inlet and an oil outlet, the internal volume having a first zone and a second zone, the first zone in fluid communication with the oil inlet, the second zone in fluid communication with the oil outlet; a cartridge assembly having a filter cartridge, and a cover sealingly engageable to the housing to close the open end of the housing, the filter cartridge axially locked in the housing by the cover, the cover removably securable to the housing; and a sealing member between the housing and the cartridge assembly, the sealing member separating the first zone from the second zone such that the first zone communicates with the second zone through the filter cartridge.

COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT AND METHODS OF CONTROLLING EMISSIONS THEREFROM

A combined cycle power plant that includes a first gas turbine engine including a first turbine section, a second gas turbine engine including a second turbine section having an aft outlet configured to discharge an exhaust gas stream, an emissions reduction system configured to receive the exhaust gas stream discharged from the second gas turbine engine, and configured to remove oxides of nitrogen from the exhaust gas stream, and an interstage extraction system communicatively coupled with the first turbine section. The interstage extraction system is configured to selectively extract turbine extraction air from the first turbine section for providing heat to the emissions reduction system.

A combined cycle power plant that includes a first gas turbine engine including a first turbine section, a second gas turbine engine including a second turbine section having an aft outlet configured to discharge an exhaust gas stream, an emissions reduction system configured to receive the exhaust gas stream discharged from the second gas turbine engine, and configured to remove oxides of nitrogen from the exhaust gas stream, and an interstage extraction system communicatively coupled with the first turbine section. The interstage extraction system is configured to selectively extract turbine extraction air from the first turbine section for providing heat to the emissions reduction system.
