Table having a heating appliance

A table (1) comprises a table top (4), a heating appliance (3), and a heating appliance holder (2) holding the heating appliance (3). The heating appliance holder (2) comprises a holder main body (7) and a table top holder (8) for holding the table top (4), the table top holder (8) being spaced apart from the holder main body (7) by at least one gap (20).

BBQ OVEN
20230288070 · 2023-09-14 ·

The present application relates to a BBQ oven, comprising an oven, a loading container and a mixing unit. The loading container is arranged on the oven, having a loading inlet on the top and a discharge outlet at the bottom; the mixing unit includes a mixing driver positioned on the side wall of the loading container and a mixer connected to the mixing driver. The BBQ oven requires no manual turning to prevent fuel arching as the mixing unit consisting of the mixing driver and the mixer connected to the mixing driver can mix and split fuel being arched by turning of the mixer driven by the mixing driver, and thereby reduces the labor work intensity.

Combustible fuel burning stove with pellet adapter

A stove includes a combustion chamber, a fuel grate positioned within the combustion chamber, and a pellet adapter removably positionable on the fuel grate. The fuel grate includes a number of first ventilation holes. The pellet adapter includes a number of second ventilation holes sized and shaped to prevent passage of a fuel pellet. The pellet adapter also includes a raised outer rim and a central protuberance with a height greater than the height of the raised outer rim.

Methods and systems for open-loop ignition of a smoke generator fuel source

In an aspect, data characterizing an instruction for an activation of an igniter and an operating mode of a smoke generator that includes the igniter can be received. A first amount of energy required for an ignition of a fuel source by the igniter can be determined based on the operating mode characterized by the received data. The igniter can be caused to activate based on the received data. A second amount of energy, output by the igniter over a period of time during which the igniter is activated, can be determined. A determination of whether the second amount of energy exceeds the first amount of energy can be made. The igniter can be caused to deactivate in response to a determination that the second amount of energy exceeds the first amount of energy. Related systems, apparatus, techniques, and articles are also described.

PELLET SMOKER

A floor and an upright sidewall formed from two vertically coaxial components, each component having a floor baffle with a plurality of floor openings defined therein, each floor retained within a respective upright sidewall with a plurality of sidewall openings defined therein. The floor openings and the sidewall openings cooperate between the two coaxial components such that flow of gases through the floor and upright sidewall of the baffle structure is controlled by rotation of the two vertically coaxial components relative to one another.

Chimney vent cap
11796177 · 2023-10-24 · ·

The present disclosure describes a chimney vent cap for controlling the flow of exhaust gases exiting a vent stack or chimney of a grill, cooker, smoker, or other device. The chimney vent cap is adapted to receive and reside about the vent stack or chimney and is configurable in multiple configurations using single plane movement and absent insertion of a user's hand into the exhaust gases, with each configuration corresponding to a particular flow rate of exhaust gases through the chimney vent cap and, hence, through the vent stack or chimney. The chimney vent cap is adapted to retain such configuration absent user intervention during movement of the vent stack or chimney caused by opening and closing of the lid or top of such grill, cooker, smoker, or other device, such that the flow rate of exhaust gases after such movement is substantially the same as prior to such movement.

Smoke generation cooking system and methods

Embodiments are directed to smoking food in an outdoor grill using a customized smoking routine. In one scenario, an electronic controller of an outdoor grill receives an input to initiate smoke generation according to a specified smoke generation pattern, including: adding a specified amount of combustible pellets to a combustion area within the outdoor grill, such that the combustible pellets begin to burn, measuring a current internal temperature of the outdoor grill and, if below a threshold value, adding a specified amount of additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to another threshold value, allowing the internal temperature to cool a temperature below the first threshold value and, upon determining that the temperature of the outdoor grill has cooled below the first specified threshold value, adding additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to at least the second threshold value.

Self-assembly brazier
11821630 · 2023-11-21 ·

Disclosed herein is a self-assembly brazier. The self-assembly brazier includes: a pair of floor plates arranged bilaterally symmetrical to face each other; a pair of side wall modules having a plurality of side panels disposed to be rotatable, being combined with each other to face each other symmetrically so that a combustion space is formed, and being arranged on upper surfaces of the floor plates to be erected; and a pair of fuel loading parts seated inside lower portions of the side wall modules so that fuel is loaded on the upper surfaces of the fuel loading parts.
