Smoke generation cooking system and methods
Embodiments are directed to smoking food in an outdoor grill using a customized smoking routine. In one scenario, an electronic controller of an outdoor grill receives an input to initiate smoke generation according to a specified smoke generation pattern, including: adding a specified amount of combustible pellets to a combustion area within the outdoor grill, such that the combustible pellets begin to burn, measuring a current internal temperature of the outdoor grill and, if below a threshold value, adding a specified amount of additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to another threshold value, allowing the internal temperature to cool a temperature below the first threshold value and, upon determining that the temperature of the outdoor grill has cooled below the first specified threshold value, adding additional combustible pellets to the combustion area sufficient to raise the temperature to at least the second threshold value.

Self-assembly brazier
Disclosed herein is a self-assembly brazier. The self-assembly brazier includes: a pair of floor plates arranged bilaterally symmetrical to face each other; a pair of side wall modules having a plurality of side panels disposed to be rotatable, being combined with each other to face each other symmetrically so that a combustion space is formed, and being arranged on upper surfaces of the floor plates to be erected; and a pair of fuel loading parts seated inside lower portions of the side wall modules so that fuel is loaded on the upper surfaces of the fuel loading parts.
Retaining clip for lid or base of cooking device
A retaining clip for a Kamado-style or other cooking device that limits movement of the device's lid or base relative to a band extending around the lid or base. The retaining clip couples to the band and also has portions that engage a rim or ridge of the lid or base to resist movement of the band in a direction away from the rim or ridge. Multiple retaining clips may be positioned at various locations around the band.

PORTABLE FIRE PIT AND GRILL ASSEMBLY
A portable base and grill assembly with few parts, that is collapsible, robust, and easily portable and storable is provided. The base includes two parts: a collapsible frame for containing combustion and an insert for holding combustible material including wood and charcoal. The portable grill includes two parts: a collapsible stand and a cooking surface. The cooking surface is a mil-able grill that can support cookware or be used to cook food directly. The height of the stand may be adjusted to raise or lower the cooking surface above a heat source. The portable base, portable grill and cooking surface may each be used as a standalone apparatus or combined and used together as in the assembly. The base and grill assembly may be constructed wholly of stainless steel for durability.
Cooking apparatus
Cooking apparatus comprises an oven. The oven comprises a cooking chamber, a heated air source and two or more vents through which, in use, heated air can vent from the cooking chamber. The two or more vents comprise at least one lower vent and at least one upper vent. The at least one lower vent is provided at a lower height than the at least one upper vent. The at least one upper vent is controllable to regulate a flow of heated air therethrough.
Collapsible grill
A collapsible grill. The collapsible grill includes a base. The base is defined by several walls. An interior cavity is formed by the walls. A rod is affixed to an external surface of the base and extends upward from the base. A platform is mounted onto the rod. The platform can be adjusted vertically on the rod, so that a user can set a desired distance between the platform and the base.
PELLET GRILL
A solid pellet fueled apparatus having a duel auger system and multi/high speed auger motor is disclosed. The duel auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions towards a central burn pot. Each auger blade may service a separate solid fuel compartment provided in a single hopper. The auger motor may have a high-speed setting that may be selected for solid fuel clean out.
