HEAT EXCHANGE CELL FOR A HEATING BOILER
A heat exchange cell for a heating boiler includes a casing with a sidewall enclosing an internal space, the sidewall having an open front end surrounded by an annular edge of the casing front end. A sheet metal annular closing flange has an opening and radially internal, intermediate and external flange edges. The radially external flange edge connects to the casing sidewall along the annular edge. The radially internal edge defines radially internal and external surfaces. A front edge surface connects the radially internal surface and radially external surface. The front edge surface defines a lying plane on which the front edge surface lies, the lying plane defining an axial direction orthogonal to the lying plane and passing through the opening, and a radial direction orthogonal to the axial direction. The radially internal surface extends parallel to the axial direction protruding towards an outside of the cell.
Body-mounted hinge assembly component
An appliance includes a hinge assembly for coupling a door to a housing or body of the appliance. The hinge assembly can include a body-mounted component, such as a body-mounted hinge or a body-mounted receiver. The body-mounted component is secured to a vertical support of the appliance. A mating component of the body-mounted hinge or body-mounted receiver is attached to the door.
WOOD HEATING DEVICE
The wood heating device, such as a stove or a wood-burner, includes a combustion chamber defined by a metal combustion space having an intake. The chamber is equipped with a closing mechanism of the retractable type, and at least one distinct oxidant air inlet orifice. The combustion space is housed in a metal outer casing. The outer casing defines with the combustion space at least one reserve of preheated air and an oxidant air duct. An outside-air supply opening is made in the outer casing and is arranged laterally to the intake. The reserve of preheated air bypasses the combustion space by at least one side starting from the outside-air supply opening.
ELECTRONIC CLOSED-LOOP CONTROL DEVICE FOR FIREPLACES COMPRISING A LOWER COMBUSTION SYSTEM
The aim is to create a facility which is carried out without operator intervention, operates without delay, does not require a connection to the mains and meets the requirements of the regulations on permissible pollutant emissions. The device consists of a control unit which is electrically connected to two temperature sensors and a door contact switch and actuates an actuator via an electric motor and transmission elements. The temperature detection in the flue takes place behind the outlet of the respective combustion chamber. The temperature sensors record the temperature change over time and the speed of the temperature change. The temperature target-actual evaluation serves to record the burning state of the solid fuel. The degree of the outgassing process is carried out by recording and evaluating the temperature rise or temperature drop over time. The target-actual temperature over time in comparison with comparative values for combustion optimization is carried out as an adaptive system. Thus, the respective nature of the solid fuel for the optimal combustion process is taken into account and the necessity of the new feed with solid fuel is determined via the program and displayed via a visual signaling device. The device is used for electronic control for a fireplace with lower burn.
The invention relates to a device that does not require operator intervention, operates without delay, does not require a mains connection, and meets the requirements of the regulations with respect to permissible pollutant emissions. The device consists of a control unit which is electrically connected to two temperature sensors and to a door contact switch and which actuates an actuator by means of an electric motor and transmission elements. The temperature is detected in the flue behind the outlet of the combustion chamber. The temperature sensors record the change in temperature over time and the speed of the change in temperature. The temperature target/actual evaluation is used to record the combustion state of the solid fuel. The degree of the outgassing process is determined by recording and evaluating the increase or decrease in temperature over time. The target/actual temperature over time compared to comparative values for optimising combustion is an adaptive system. Therefore, the composition of the solid fuel is taken into account for the optimum combustion process and the necessity of the new charging with solid fuel is determined by means of the programme and displayed by means of an optical signal transmitter. The device is used for electronic closed-loop control for a fireplace comprising a lower combustion system.
Wood pellet boiler
The present application relates to improvements to granular fuel burning boilers such as wood pellet boilers and burners therefor. In particular, there is disclosed a wood pellet boiler having a combustion chamber, wherein an access door for said combustion chamber comprises a wood pellet burner assembly mounted on the interior side thereof. In this way, the wood pellet burner assembly is movable from and into the combustion chamber of the wood pellet boiler when the access door is opened and closed, respectively.
Wood-Burning Appliance
The disclosure relates to a wood-burning appliance. The wood-burning appliance comprises a firebox and an airflow apparatus configured to provide a supply of oxygen for efficient primary and secondary fuel combustion within the firebox. An oven may be positioned above the firebox to improve heat exchange from exhaust exiting the wood-burning appliance. The wood-burning appliance may further have a pulley system for operation of a door that reduces gasket wear and allows the door to be at least partially removed from the wood-burning appliance for ease of access and maintenance.
Cabinet circulator solid fuel heater combustion system
A solid fuel burning cabinet circular heating appliance achieves improved emissions performance by providing a secondary air combustion path that preheats secondary combustion air. The firebox is selectively insulated such that areas of the firebox that do not preheat combustion air retain heat in the firebox while areas of the firebox that transfer heat into the combustion air transfer heat through the firebox into the incoming combustion air. The exhaust air path from the firebox to a chimney is also uninsulated to allow relatively quick heat transfer into a room in which the appliance is installed.
Small, high efficient wood stove
A wood stove that includes a hollow cylindrical outer skin with an coaxially aligned, insulated inner fire box. Located below the fire box is a fresh air inlet and an air control valve that controls the flow of fresh air into the stove's primary and secondary chambers. Surrounding the fire box are three longitudinally aligned air conduits that extend from the air inlet to an upper ledge located below a secondary combustion chamber. During use, the fresh air inside the air conduits is heated. Disposed transversely inside the outer jacket and above the primary chamber is a combustor assembly that includes a lower fin plate, a perforated intermediate plate and a perforated upper plate. During use, fuel is added to the fire box which undergoes initial combustion and produces hot gases and fumes that travel upward towards the chamber assembly. The air control valve controls flow of fresh air into the primary chamber only, both chambers, or into only the secondary chamber.
Oven appliance and a flame arrester for an oven appliance
An oven appliance with features for dissipating pressure increases in the cooking chamber of the oven without forcing open the oven door is provided. Such features include a flame arrester that dissipates pressure increases and quenches flames from the cooking chamber of an oven appliance.
