The plurality of fingers includes a sensor finger. A temperature sensor is mounted to the sensor finger of the plurality of fingers of the grate. The temperature sensor includes a first temperature probe extending above a top surface of the sensor finger at a first end of the sensor finger and a second temperature probe positioned within the sensor finger between the top surface of the sensor finger and a bottom surface of the sensor finger.

A gas cooker includes a housing delimiting an upper and a lower compartment divided by a plate and communicating through slits formed in the plate; a hob having a plurality of burners; an oven housed in the lower compartment and having a front opening, a pivoting door selectively closing the lower compartment, and a grill device; a front panel having controls elements connected to the burners and the oven; and an exhaust path for fumes and combustion products of the oven. The exhaust plenum forms a defined volume around the grill to draw the smoke into the exhaust plenum and away from the grill such that the smoke does not pass through the grill or about the burner element. An exhaust duct and at least one filter assembly having at least one filter disposed therein are in fluid communication with the exhaust plenum for filtering grease. The subject invention also includes a blower for exhausting the smoke from the exhaust duct to an area outside of and immediately adjacent to the tabletop cooking assembly.

A heat deflector assembly for enhancing cleaning gas fired grills includes a plurality of deflectors. Each of the deflectors is comprised of a thermally conductive material such that each of the deflectors can be positioned over a respective one of a plurality of burners in a gas fired grill. Each of the deflectors has a non-stick coating integrated thereon to inhibit has grease from cooking sticking to the deflectors thereby enhancing cleaning grease from the deflectors. A cleaning tool is positionable on a respective one of the deflectors for cleaning the respective deflector. The present invention relates to a gas burner. The gas burner is also called a gas range, a gas grill, or the like and used to cook food indoors or outdoors. To this end, a supply part and an extension part are configured to be foldable through a body hinge part such that the supply part, the extension part, and a cooking part may be folded into one piece, and support parts are also configured to be folded through hinges (pivots) such that the support parts may be adjacent to the supply part. The gas burner including the supply part and the cooking part further includes the extension part having a length, the other end of the supply part is connected to one end of the extension part by means of the bendable body hinge part, and the cooking part is configured at the other end of the extension part.
