Bottom assembly unit for a combustion chamber assembly unit of a vaporizing burner
A bottom assembly unit for a vaporizing burner combustion chamber assembly unit, especially for a vehicle heater, includes a bottom part (24) with a bottom wall. A porous evaporator medium (44) at least partially covers the bottom wall on a front side (42) positioned such that it faces a combustion chamber (20). A ring-shaped holding part (34) has a contact area (40) touching the porous evaporator medium (44). The contact area has a holding section (62) extending radially inwardly from a holding part circumferential wall (36) and extends over the porous evaporator medium (44) in a radially outer area (66). A plurality of contact projections (68) are arranged at spaced locations from one another about the longitudinal axis and extend in the direction of the porous evaporator medium. The porous evaporator medium (44) is pressed by the contact projections (68) in a radially outer area (66) against the bottom wall.
Bottom assembly unit for a combustion chamber assembly unit of a vaporizing burner
A vaporizing burner combustion chamber assembly unit, especially for a vehicle heater, includes a bottom part (32) with a bottom wall (34) and with a first circumferential wall (38) and a porous evaporator medium (42) at least partially covering a front side of the bottom wall, which is to face a combustion chamber (14). A ring-shaped holding part has a second circumferential wall (54) and a contact area (56) touching the porous evaporator medium. The first circumferential wall extends, from an outer edge area (36) of the bottom wall essentially in a longitudinal axis (L) direction of a bottom assembly unit (30), on a rear side of the first bottom wall facing away from a combustion chamber, in the direction away from the porous evaporator medium. The second circumferential wall extends at least partially over the first circumferential wall on its outer side and is fixed to same.

FILM EVAPORATOR BURNER ARRANGEMENT
A film evaporator burner arrangement (1) is provided, having: a combustion chamber arrangement comprising a combustion chamber (2) for the conversion of a fuel-air mixture with the release of heat, which extends in the axial direction along a longitudinal axis (Z); a combustion air supply (5) for the supply of combustion air, which is configured such that the combustion air is supplied with a tangential flow component to at least one combustion air inlet (8) of the combustion chamber arrangement; a film evaporator surface (4) for evaporating liquid fuel originating from a fuel film (10), which is arranged at a rear wall (3) axially rearward of the combustion air inlet (8); and a fuel supply (9) for the supply of liquid fuel to the film evaporator surface (4).

Ethanol fireplace insert
An ethanol fireplace insert is a device for burning ethanol fuel in order to heat a space without transferring heat to a nearby object or wall. The ethanol fireplace insert features a base platform and an arch forming an insert that may be inserted into an existing fireplace or utilized as a standalone heating source. The ethanol fireplace insert is zero-clearance and features a plurality of insulation panels and a plurality of covers that prevent heat transfer from the ethanol fireplace insert to a nearby object or wall. The plurality of covers does not come into contact with the base platform and the arch due to a plurality of spacers that separates the base platform and the arch from the plurality of insulation panels and the plurality of covers. The burner is safely seated into a burner tray and the burner tray is seated into a safety tray.
