Also described is the use of a cleaning and/or rinsing molded article (1, 1, 1) of this type for cleaning the interior of an appliance and a method for cleaning the interior of an appliance, more particularly an industrial cooking appliance (100) using the cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1). Finally described are a method and a device for the production of a cleaning and/or rinsing agent molded article (1, 1, 1) of this type.
Oven with steam water separation
An oven includes chamber with a food drippings drain path along which food drippings can flow for removal from the chamber. A steam input arrangement associated with the chamber includes a separate exit flow path for excess water.
Cleaning System for Multizone Oven
A multi-compartment oven provides in-place cleaning through the use of distributed spray nozzles possibly augmented by steam, fan blowing, and heat from other components of the oven. A centralized draining system allows recycling of the water without breaching the separation between the cooking compartments.
AIRCRAFT OVEN WITH INTEGRATED CLEANING SYSTEM
An aircraft oven includes a first portion having an inner cavity surrounded by an inner housing. The first portion includes a ventilation area. The aircraft oven also includes a second portion including a water line that extends through the second portion, and wherein the water line extends along the inner housing, a first plurality of nozzles configured to extend from the water line into the inner cavity, and a second plurality of nozzles configured to extend from the water line, through the inner housing and into the ventilation area.
COOKER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
There is provided a cooker including: a cooking room; a steam generator configured to generate steam, and to supply the steam to the cooking room; a water level sensor configured to sense a water level of a cleaning solution stored in the inside of the steam generator; a supply apparatus including a storage unit configured to accommodate the cleaning solution, a supply pump configured to supply the cleaning solution accommodated in the storage unit to the steam generator, and a drain pump configured to supply the cleaning solution remaining in the steam generator to the storage unit; and a controller configured to control operations of the supply pump and the drain pump, wherein the controller operates the supply pump in a washing mode, operates the drain pump when the cleaning solution is fully filled in the steam generator, and again operates the supply pump when the cleaning solution is removed from the steam generator.

DRAIN TANK CLEANING SYSTEM FOR AN APPLIANCE
A drain control system receives a first indicator of start of a cleaning cycle. In response to receipt of the first indicator, a signal is sent to turn on a drain pump mounted within a drain tank to evacuate a fluid stored in the drain tank when the drain tank is not indicated as empty. A second indicator is received that a cleaning fluid has been provided to a storage tank. After the drain tank is indicated as empty, circulation of the cleaning fluid is controlled within a drain system. The drain system drains the cleaning fluid into the drain tank after circulating within the drain system. The drain pump is controlled to turn on to evacuate the cleaning fluid from the drain tank based on a fluid level indicator generated by a fluid level sensor after the cleaning fluid drains into the drain tank.
