Fluid supply for a household appliance and household appliance
The invention describes a fluid supply (100) for a household appliance especially a steam oven (200) that has improved cleaning and hygienic characteristics. A wave breaker structure (120) is removably included inside a removable fluid container (110) and can be completely separated from it for cleaning purposes. The fluid container (110) is preferably releasable having a valve (115) and being mounted inside of a steam oven (200).
FORCED CONVECTION STEAM ASSEMBLY
A convection oven includes a convection fan assembly and a trough assembly that surrounds a portion of the heating element(s) of the convection fan assembly. Fluid in the trough assembly is heated and turned into steam by the heating element(s) and blown into the cooking cavity of the convection oven by the convection fan of the convection fan assembly. The steam in the cooking cavity provides moisture to the items that are being cooked and/or heated in the cooking cavity.

COOKING OVEN WITH STEAM GENERATOR INSIDE COOKING CAVITY
A cooking oven has a cooking cavity and a steam generating system. The steam generation system includes a water reservoir received and support in a reservoir-receiving space of a reservoir rack inside the cooking cavity. Thermal energy is provided to the water reservoir by a heater inside the cooking cavity. The heater can include thermal block made of a thermally conductive material in thermal communication with a heating element. The heater can be positioned such that it intimately contacts the water reservoir to deliver thermal energy thereto to convert water contained therein to steam, which can be used to cook a food item inside the cooking cavity.
STEAM GENERATOR AND COOKING APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A steam generator and a cooking device including the same, according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a water supply pipe into which steam water is introduced, a heating chamber having a chamber body and a chamber cover, and a steam heater configured to provide heat, wherein the steam heater is provided to be embedded in the chamber body and the chamber body includes a plurality of partition walls protruding in one direction along an inner peripheral surface to form a Z-shaped steam flow path through which supply water introduced into the chamber body and steam generated by heating the supply water flow. Therefore, the heat transfer, which had been concentrated only in a predetermined region, may be dispersed by the flow path formed in the chamber body, thereby stably generating the steam even in repetitive steam generation operation.
WATER SUPPLY DEVICE, AND STEAM SUPPLY DEVICE AND COOKING DEVICE INCLUDING SAME
A water supply device, and a steam supply device and a cooking device including the same are disclosed. The disclosed invention comprises: a housing installed in a body of a cooking device; a water tank having a storage space formed therein to store water, wherein the water tank is installed at the housing to be movable between an insertion position at which the inlet port is located in the receiving space and a withdrawal position in which the inlet port is exposed to the outside of the receiving space; and a connector which is installed at the housing so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction inside the receiving space, and moves in the longitudinal direction to move the water tank to the insertion position or the withdrawal position.

STEAM GENERATOR AND COOKING APPARATUS INCLUDING STEAM GENERATOR
A steam generator and a cooking apparatus having a steam generator are provided. The steam generator may include a steam generation tube; an inflow tube configured to provide a passage so that water is introduced into the steam generation tube; at least one heater disposed on an outer surface of the steam generation tube to heat the water and generate steam; a discharge tube disposed above the steam generation tube to provide a passage so that the steam is discharged; and an adaptor unit configured to branch discharge water and the steam discharged from the discharge tube. The discharge tube may have an inner diameter that gradually increases in an upward direction.
HEATING COOKER
Cooking is performed to serve tasty food by appropriately managing moisture of an object to be cooked without burning the surface thereof. A box-shaped housing, a cooking cavity for accommodating an object to be cooked, the cooking cavity being arranged within the housing, an upper-face heater and a lower-face heater arranged in the cooking cavity, a boiler arranged within the cooking cavity, a water tray formed outside the cooking cavity and into which a given amount of water that is entirely evaporated in a given steaming time is poured, a water guide passage within the housing, the water guide passage into which water is supplied from the water tray to the boiler; and a control unit for causing an operation to generate steam from the boiler to be performed for at least a steaming time from when cooking starts, are provided.
OVEN
An oven comprising an injection nozzle includes a nozzle member that has a fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet that is in communication with the inlet The nozzle member is movable between: (i) a first position, in which the first fluid outlet is arranged so as to direct fluid towards and onto a component of the oven to be cleaned; and (ii) a second position, in which the first fluid outlet is blocked or otherwise arranged so as not to direct fluid towards and onto said component.
