HEATING COOKER
A heating cooker for cooking a food ingredient includes a case in which a heating chamber configured to accommodate the food ingredient is defined, a heating unit configured to heat an inside of the heating chamber, a control unit configured to control the heating unit, and a food ingredient temperature detection unit configured to detect, in a contactless manner, a surface temperature of the food ingredient being cooked in the heating chamber. A window member is disposed between the food ingredient temperature detection unit and the heating chamber. The control unit corrects the surface temperature of the food ingredient detected by the food ingredient temperature detection unit, based on at least the temperature of the window member.
TOASTER OVEN
Described herein is an oven appliance having a top surface with a window extending there-through, and a handle having a display that is oriented at an oblique angle to the window.
Thin chamber burner
Burner assemblies including panels (e.g., transparent panels) supported in a substantially parallel, closely-spaced relationship and gaskets and spacers sealing the space between the panels to form a perimeter seal and to define a plenum between the first and second panels with an inlet into the plenum and an outlet out of the plenum.
Oven camera assembly with heat management structures
A camera assembly includes an insulating block for mounting the camera against a surface in contact therewith and aligned with an opening through the surface. The insulating block defines an aperture therethrough, a lower side of the aperture being aligned with the opening in the surface. The assembly further includes a sink washer mounted to the insulating block in partial contact therewith and extending outward from the top side of the aperture. A camera is mounted to the sink washer and has a lens directed through the aperture in the insulating block and through the opening in the surface. A glass substrate is coupled within the lower side of the aperture to enclose an air gap within the aperture between the glass substrate and a housing of the camera.
OVEN CAMERA ASSEMBLY WITH HEAT MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES
A camera assembly includes an insulating block for mounting in contact with a surface and aligned with an opening through the surface. The insulating block defines an aperture therethrough. The assembly further includes a sink washer having a hole therethrough aligned with a top side of the aperture through the insulating block. The sink washer has a major surface mounted to the insulating block in partial contact therewith and extending outward from the top side of the aperture and further includes first and second fins extending from the major surface in a direction away from the insulating block and opposite the flange. A camera is mounted to the sink washer between the first and second fins and has a lens directed through the aperture in the insulating block and through the opening in the surface. The sink washer directs heat away from the camera and away from the surface.
COOKING APPLIANCE WITH PROJECTED DISPLAY
A cooking appliance includes a housing enclosing an inner cooking chamber, an airflow conduit for directing air from a first location within the inner cooking chamber to a second location within the inner cooking chamber, an airflow generator for generating airflow within or adjacent the airflow conduit, and a viewing window in a top surface of the housing. The viewing window provides at least a partial view of the inner cooking chamber. A heating element is at least partially within the airflow conduit, such that air removed from the first location within the inner cooking chamber is returned to the second location within the inner cooking chamber only after passing the heating element.
INSULATING AND CORROSION-RESISTANT STRUCTURE FOR COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a metallic shell lined with a ceramic subassembly and an aerogel insulating material interposed between the ceramic subassembly and the metallic shell, the metallic shell enclosing a cooking compartment having a door. The cooking apparatus may further include an outer metallic shell spaced apart from an exterior of the metallic shell, creating a space, and upper and lower vents allowing air to flow by convection between the metallic shell and the outer shell. The cooking apparatus may further include a substantially transparent pane of aerogel-glass composite material interposed between an interior of the first chamber and an exterior of the apparatus.
