FAN SYSTEM, RANGE HOOD EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME, AND MOUNTING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses fan system, which includes a volute having a front cover, a rear cover and an annular wall connected between the front cover and the rear cover: an impeller disposed inside the volute, and a motor; the front cover has an air inlet facing downward in the state when the fan system is mounted; the motor includes a motor body and an edge; the edge is connected to the rear cover at the side of the rear cover facing the air inlet. The present invention further discloses a range hood equipped with the fan system and a mounting method for the flow guide device.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a main body including a cooking chamber, and a control assembly mounted on a front side of the main body. The control assembly includes a case, a suction grille coupled to an upper portion of the case and including a cooling air inlet communicating with the outside, and a guide member arranged inside the case to be spaced apart from a rear surface of the case, the guide member provided to guide moisture introduced into the suction grille away from interior of the main body.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a main body including a cooking chamber, and a control assembly mounted on a front side of the main body. The control assembly includes a case, a suction grille coupled to an upper portion of the case and including a cooling air inlet communicating with the outside, and a guide member arranged inside the case to be spaced apart from a rear surface of the case, the guide member provided to guide moisture introduced into the suction grille away from interior of the main body.
VENT COVER FOR AN OVEN APPLIANCE HAVING A TROUGH FOR CONDENSATION COLLECTION
An oven appliance having a cabinet with a chamber positioned within the cabinet. The chamber is configured for receipt of a food item for cooking. The oven appliance also includes a door for providing selective access to the chamber and a plurality of walls including a top wall, a bottom wall, a back wall, a front wall, and opposing sidewalls defining the chamber. Further, the oven appliance includes a heating element for heating and cooking the food item. Moreover, the oven appliance includes a vent assembly for directing airflow from within the chamber outside of the chamber. The vent assembly includes a vent and a vent cover arranged atop the vent. The vent cover includes a body defining a cover portion and at least one flange. The flange(s) defines at least one trough for collecting condensed liquid therein.
Combination microwave and hood system
A microwave hood system is provided. The microwave hood system includes a microwave oven enclosure defining a cooking cavity therein. A cooking component is positioned within the cooking cavity and configured to emit microwaves. The heating system defines a heating cavity therein, wherein the heating system is coupled to the microwave oven enclosure. A heating element is positioned in the heating cavity. The heating cavity reaches a temperature in a range from about 40° C. to about 80° C. when the heating element is in use. A broiler element is positioned within the heating cavity. The heating cavity reaches a temperature in a range from about hundred and 150° C. to about 300° C. when the broiler element is in use. A dual hood system is also coupled to the microwave hood system.
AIR GUIDE BOX AND INTERNAL-CIRCULATION RANGE HOOD HAVING THE SAME
An air guide box includes a box body. The box body includes a first wall and a second wall disposed opposite to each other. The first wall has an air inlet. Air outlets are respectively disposed between corresponding edges of the first and second walls. The second wall is recessed toward the first wall, and a portion of the second wall corresponding to the air inlet is a largest recessed position. From the largest recessed position to the air outlets, the second wall is gradually inclined in a direction away from the first wall, so that an inner surface of the second wall facing the first wall forms guiding slopes respectively form the largest recessed position to the edges of the first and second walls.

An air guide box includes a box body. The box body includes a first wall and a second wall disposed opposite to each other. The first wall has an air inlet. Air outlets are respectively disposed between corresponding edges of the first and second walls. A range hood equipped with the parallel double fan system is also disclosed.

A range hood equipped with the parallel double fan system is also disclosed.
RANGE HOOD
Disclosed herein is a range hood having improved sound characteristics by improving a structure thereof. The range hood includes a case including an inlet through which air is introduced, and a fan module arranged inside the case to suck air through the inlet. The fan module includes a fan configured to move air by rotating, a motor configured to supply a driving force to rotate the fan, a fan frame provided to accommodate the fan and the motor therein, the fan frame including a fan inlet and a fan outlet, and a sound generating member provided to generate a sound of a predetermined frequency band when in contact with the air discharged through the fan outlet.
