Removable enclosure for range tops
An enclosure for a range hood. The enclosure has side curtains depending from the sides of the range hood and a front curtain depending from the front of the range hood, all of which extend downward to the range. A first horizontal row of permanent magnets is formed at a lower edge of the front curtain, the front curtain being coupled to the front side of the range hood by a T shaped member having a hook portion for attaching to the front side of the range hood and a second horizontal row of permanent magnets oriented away from the range hood. The two horizontal rows of magnets are configured to couple together to support the front curtain in an elevated position. The curtains of the enclosure are configured to fully enclose the range and range hood.
Removable Enclosure for Range Tops
An enclosure for a range and a range hood is disclosed. OVEN AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An oven and a control method thereof are provided. The oven includes a case including a cooking chamber in an inside thereof, a door hinge-coupled to the case and configured to open and close the cooking chamber, a cooling fan disposed in an upper portion of the inside of the case and configured to discharge air toward a front of the cooking chamber, and a heat blocking unit configured to form a wind shield which blocks high-temperature heat and water vapor discharged from an inside of the cooking chamber by changing a direction of the air discharged through the cooling fan to a lower side of the cooking chamber. In response to the door being closed, a portion of the heat blocking unit is pressed through an upper portion of the door and non-interferes the air discharged toward the front of the cooking chamber and in response to the door being opened, the portion of the heat blocking unit pressed by the upper portion of the door is released and interferes the air discharged toward the front of the cooking chamber to form the wind shield.

Mesh screen to prevent access to hot surfaces within an oven appliance
An oven appliance includes a cabinet, a plurality of walls positioned therein to define a cooking chamber, and a door that provides selective access to the cooking chamber. An air passageway is defined through the door and around the cooking chamber between the plurality of walls and the cabinet. An air handler draws cooling air into the air passageway through an intake aperture and discharges the cooling air through a discharge aperture. A mesh screen is positioned over the discharge aperture of the air passageway to restrict access to hot surfaces within the cabinet.
