Stove top cover
A stove top cover includes a top surface and a bottom surface and forming a cutout extending there through and having a periphery that defines the cutout. Still further, the stove top cover can include a flange or a series of flanges formed on the top surface that extends around the periphery of the cutout and projects outwardly from the top surface to a height and extends inwardly a distance toward and over an edge of a burner of the stove top. By using a nonflammable material (i.e., silicone, polyvinyl fluoride or PTFE-coated fiberglass) and overlapping the flange over the periphery of the burner, any contents that may overflow a pot or pan placed on the burner is entirely diverted onto the surface of the cover. With the cover, being easier to clean than the stove top, or even disposable, stove top cleaning is reduced or mitigated.

Safety gate for a stove
A stove guard having a blanket assembly and a support assembly is disclosed herein. The stove guard includes a flexible fire blanket material that may be arranged in a plurality of configurations including a retractable blind coupled to a stove vent or microwave mounted above the stove. The device may also feature a two-part retractable fencing drawn together from each side of the stove top and coupled in the center and a single fence that may couple to a vertical support held in place with suction cups on either side of the stove top. Each of the devices may be configured to provide an added security measure useful for preventing small children from gaining access to the hot surfaces and may also provide an emergency fire extinguishing blanket in the event of an unexpected fire.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF TOE KICK PLATES
A toe kick plate system includes a fixed plate configured to affix to an appliance, and the fixed plate includes a plurality of threaded inserts. A plurality of plate brackets are each threaded to a respective one of the plurality of threaded inserts of the fixed plate. The plurality of plate brackets are attached such that a gap formed between the fixed plate and the plurality of plate brackets are selectively adjustable by rotating the respective one of the plurality of plate brackets. A toe kick plate may be removably connected to the ends of the plurality of plate brackets.
