Air conditioning system
An air conditioning system, a set temperature determining device determines a target temperature of water to be supplied to an indoor heat exchanger, based on [“target outflow temperature”=“current outflow temperature”+((“inlet and outlet temperature difference”/“indoor and outdoor temperature difference”)דset temperature difference”)]. The indoor and outdoor temperature difference is a difference between an indoor temperature and an outdoor temperature, the inlet and outlet temperature difference is a difference between temperatures of water at the inlet side and the outlet side of an intermediate heat exchanger, and the set temperature difference is a difference between an indoor temperature and a set temperature. A control device controls an outdoor unit in response to the target temperature determined by the set temperature determining device.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COGENERATION POWER PLANT WASTE HEAT SOURCE UTILIZATION BY INCORPORATED WATER SOURCE HIGH TEMPERATURE HEAT PUMP
The invention relates to a method and apparatus for low temperature waste heat utilization. In the scope of the cogeneration unit (CHP) there are few low temperature sources, which cannot be used by heat consumer (HC) directly. Hence, the method and apparatus for cogeneration power plant waste heat recovery comprise at least one, preferably condensing type heat exchanger (HE2), which collects the waste heat for water source high temperature heat pump (HP) employment, wherein its hot water outlet is fed to the internal combustion engine (ICE) cooling system, i.e. cooling jacket type heat exchanger, wherein the maximum allowed coolant inlet temperature is achieved and maintained by automated control system (i.e. control unit with motorized control valves (V1-V3)). It is important to notice, that low temperature sources are herein represented by the exhaust gas in the scope of exhaust system, the charging air in the scope of the intercooler or turbo-supercharger, and lubrication oil cooling system in the scope of internal combustion engine (ICE) or heat pump (HP).

Co-Generation System and Associated Method
The present invention provides a method for operating a combined heat and power (CHP) plant comprising a heating boiler, a vaporizer, an expansion machine, and a condenser, achieved according to claim 1. The method comprises steps a), when a first condition is met: supplying a working medium to the vaporizer to obtain an at least partially evaporated working medium, feeding the (total) evaporated working medium to the expansion machine, and operating the expansion machine such that the working medium is expanded, supplying the working medium expanded by the expansion machine to the condenser, and transferring heat of the expanded working medium supplied to the condenser to a medium of a heating circuit designed to heat an object; and b) when a second condition is met which is different from the first condition: i) supplying at least a portion of the working medium to the condenser of the CHP plant without the portion of the working medium having been supplied to the expansion machine, and transferring heat of the working medium supplied to the condenser to a medium of a heating circuit designed to heat an object, and/or supplying a medium supplied from the heating boiler to the vaporizer to a heat transfer device in which heat is transferred from this medium to a medium of a heating circuit designed to heat an object.

HOT WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS
A controller performs a first operation in which a heat source device directly or indirectly heats water in a first channel of a heat exchanger and a second operation in which the heat source device directly or indirectly cools the water in the first channel of the heat exchanger after the first operation ends.
HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS
Disclosed herein are heat pump systems for water heaters. The heat pump systems can comprise a housing defining an interior chamber, an air inlet, and an air outlet. The air inlet and the air outlet can form an air flow path through the interior chamber, and an evaporator unit can be positioned within the interior chamber such that the air flow path contacts the evaporator unit. The housing can also have a flue pipe having a cross-section to encourage aerodynamic flow and/or side baffles to encourage air flow into the evaporator unit. The housing can also have a second air inlet to increase air flow and a curved elbow around the first air inlet to direct the air flow path. The air flow path can flow from a top side of the housing to a side of the housing, and the air flow path can be reversible.
