Push/pull furnace and methods related thereto
Example furnaces and methods related thereto include a burner box including at least one burner configured to combust a fuel/air mixture. In addition, the furnace includes a first blower including an inlet nozzle having an air inlet and fuel inlet. The inlet nozzle is configured such that operation of the first blower is to pull air and fuel into the inlet nozzle to produce the fuel/air mixture at a fuel/air ratio that is configured to produce flue products having less than 14 Nano-grams per Joule of nitrogen oxides when combusted. Operation of the first blower is configured to push the fuel/air mixture into the burner box. Further, the furnace includes a heat exchanger assembly fluidly coupled to the burner box through a vestibule, and a second blower configured to pull the flue products through the heat exchanger assembly.

Air handling apparatus for HVAC systems
An air handling apparatus for a HVAC system of a building. The air handling apparatus includes an enclosure having at least one inlet opening for drawing outside air into the enclosure, and at least one outlet opening for directing air from within the enclosure to outside the enclosure. At least one fan is mounted within the enclosure for drawing air through the enclosure. A burner box is centrally located within the enclosure for heating outside air drawn into the enclosure through the at least one inlet opening.

DIVERTER PLATE FOR FURNACE OF HVAC SYSTEM
A furnace for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) system includes a heat exchanger tube including a tube inlet and a tube outlet, such that the heat exchanger tube is configured to receive combustion products via the tube inlet, circulate the combustion products through the heat exchanger tube, and discharge the combustion products via the tube outlet. Additionally, the furnace includes a collector box coupled to the heat exchanger tube and having a cavity configured to receive the combustion products via the tube outlet. The furnace includes a diverter plate disposed within the cavity, where the diverter plate overlaps the tube outlet to disperse the combustion products received via the tube outlet throughout the collector box.
Low NO.SUB.x .tubular mesh burner and methods of use
A tubular burner and methods of use in a furnace having reduced NO.sub.x emissions are provided. The tubular burner comprises a structural skeleton and a mesh screen disposed about the structural skeleton. The structural skeleton may be coupled to an air/fuel mixture source. The structural skeleton may comprise a hollow interior and a plurality of perforations to allow the air/fuel mixture to pass from the interior of the structural skeleton to the exterior. The burner systems may further comprise a plurality of holes spaced along and between the burners for cross-lighting of multiple burners using a single igniter.

Gas furnace
Disclosed is a gas furnace including a mixer configured to mix air and fuel gas introduced from an intake pipe and a manifold respectively so as to produce an air-fuel mixture, a mixing pipe configured to allow the air-fuel mixture having passed through the mixer to flow therein, a burner assembly configured to combust the air-fuel mixture having passed through the mixing pipe so as to generate combustion gas, heat exchangers configured to allow the combustion gas to flow therein, an exhaust pipe configured to discharge exhaust gas, which is the combustion gas having passed through the heat exchangers, to the outside. The gas furnace further includes a recirculator installed around the exhaust pipe and configured to guide a portion of the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust pipe to the mixer, and may thus greatly reduce or fundamentally block NO.sub.x emissions.
