Air conditioner including a handle and method of controlling the same
Disclosed herein is an air conditioner that is designed to include a first space in which an evaporator is disposed and a second space in which a condenser is disposed and which is divided from the first space. An outdoor unit and an indoor unit are integrally formed, and thus it is easy to move the air conditioner. A structure and disposition of a heat exchanger are improved, and thus heat exchange efficiency is improved. Operations of a cooling mode and a dehumidifying mode are possible.
SIDE-MOUNTED ELECTRIC HEATER
An HVACR fan and heater assembly accounts for the cyclonic flow produced by centrifugal blowers by placing a heater vertically and biased towards a side of a fan cabinet in order to increase and balance airflow through the heater, eliminating hot spots and fire risk and improving heater efficiency. A blockoff in the fan cabinet forces airflow within the cabinet to move through the heater. The positioning of the heater may vary depending on the direction of rotation of the centrifugal blower. The fan and heater assembly may further include baffles to direct the airflow from the centrifugal blower.
OUTDOOR UNIT OF REFRIGERATION CYCLE APPARATUS
An outdoor unit of a refrigeration cycle apparatus to be installed in an external-wall internal space of a structure includes a casing, a heat exchanger accommodated in the casing, a first air-sending device configured to cause air to pass through the heat exchanger and discharge the air to the external-wall internal space, a second air-sending device configured to suck the air discharged to the external-wall internal space by the first air-sending device and discharge the air to an outside of the structure, and a divider that divides an inside of the casing into a first air passage and a second air passage. The heat exchanger and the first air-sending device are disposed in the first air passage. The second air-sending device is disposed in the second air passage.
HVAC, PUMP, AND DEHUMIDIFIER COMBINED UTILITIES SKID SUPPORTING BLOW-MOLDING MACHINES
A multi-functional utility skid for use with an air compressor, a chiller, and a connection having a first end engaging the chiller and a second end to provide utilities to a blow-molding machine for blow-molding articles. The skid is located proximate the machine and includes a pump engaging the second end of the connection, receiving chilled water from the chiller, being located proximate the chiller to minimize the length of the connection, and providing chilled water to both the machine and a separate supply of chilled water. The skid further includes an integral unit combining a dehumidifier that controls the humidity of the environment surrounding the machine with a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unit that receives the supply of chilled water from the pump, controls the temperature of the environment surrounding the machine, and supplies conditioned air to the dehumidifier thereby avoiding the need for a heat exchanger.
AIR CONDITIONER
Disclosed herein is an air conditioner configured to implement a convection and radiant cooling effect using a porous panel and an open panel.
An air conditioner comprising a body and a front panel configured to discharge air frontward from the body, wherein the front panel includes a first discharge part formed on at least a part of the front panel and including a plurality of discharge holes formed therein to discharge air a second discharge part formed on at least another part of the front panel and including an opening formed therein to discharge the air; and a rotation unit configured to rotate the front panel so that the air is discharged through at least one of the first discharge part and the second discharge part.
Mobile Air Conditioner with Circulation Device Having Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving
A mobile air conditioner includes a circulation device for collecting hot wasted air and wasted water produced by the mobile air conditioner. The circulation device includes a water tank and a radiating pipe mounted in the water tank. The radiating pipe has a first end connected to an air blower and a second end connected to an air draining device. The air draining device has an outlet provided with an active carbon. The wasted water is collected in the water tank. The hot wasted air flows from the air blower into the radiating pipe which is immersed in the wasted water of the water tank. The hot wasted air is cooled by the wasted water and is filtered by the active carbon to release a clean air.
Dehumidifier
A dehumidifier may include: a main body; a heat exchange unit mounted inside the main body; and a water tank mounted inside the main body and separated or mounted through a side surface of the main body, the water tank storing condensed water formed on the heat exchange unit. The water tank may include: a case of which a front surface defines a portion of the side surface of the main body in a state where the case is mounted inside the main body, the case defining a space for storing the condensed water; a cover selectively opening or closing a top surface of the case; and a coupling module passing through the cover and a side surface of the case to protrude to an outside of the case, and coupled to the main body.
PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER
A portable air-conditioner having an element, such as an electronic box, located in the air-flow path inside the portable air-conditioner between the evaporator to an axial fan.
Dehumidifier With Secondary Evaporator and Condenser Coils
A dehumidification system includes a compressor, a primary evaporator, a primary condenser, a secondary evaporator, and a secondary condenser. The secondary evaporator receives an inlet airflow and outputs a first airflow to the primary evaporator. The primary evaporator receives the first airflow and outputs a second airflow to the secondary condenser. The secondary condenser receives the second airflow and outputs a third airflow to the primary condenser. The primary condenser receives the third airflow and outputs a dehumidified airflow. The compressor receives a flow of refrigerant from the primary evaporator and provides the flow of refrigerant to the primary condenser.
Radio access nodes colocated with air conditioning units
A wireless communication system includes an electrically powered window mounted air conditioning unit including a power cord attachable to an electrically powered wall outlet. A small cell wireless communication device is attached to or located within the electrically powered window mounted air conditioning unit. The small cell wireless communication device is configured to be powered through the power cord of the electrically powered window mounted air conditioning unit. The small cell wireless communication device includes at least one antenna for receiving and transmitting wireless information. The small cell wireless communication device is configured to communicate with a nearby wireless data communication router, wherein the wireless data communication router is configured to provide backhaul communication capabilities for the small cell wireless communication device. The small cell wireless communication device is configured to provide wireless communication capabilities for mobile wireless communication devices.
