An external heat dissipation device includes an airflow-guiding base and a refrigerating device. The airflow-guiding base has a supporting surface and a perforation located thereon. The refrigerating device includes a casing, a thermoelectric cooler, a cold air transferring assembly and a hot air transferring assembly. The casing has a storage space. The thermoelectric cooler is located in the storage space and has a cooling surface and a heat releasing surface opposite to each other. The cold air transferring assembly includes a cooling plate and a cooling radiator, and the cooling plate is in thermal contact with the cooling surface. The hot air transferring assembly includes a cooling plate and a cooling radiator, and the cooling plate is in thermal contact with the heat releasing surface. The storage space is divided into a cold chamber and a hot chamber by the thermoelectric cooler and the cooling plates.

A smart ventilation system which performs the ventilation of indoors, increases the air quality in closed spaces and maintains air quality, which is positioned over a window and includes: a ventilation module on a main body, which is attached to the window so as to control the air passage between indoors and outdoors; indoor and outdoor sensor groups which measure the air values indoors and outdoors, respectively; and an electronic card which analyzes the sensor values and engages one or more of an air intake fan group, an air outlet fan group, a dehumidifier, and a humidifier as a result of the analysis. A device provides the necessary energy from the adaptor and water reservoir.

A thermoelectric dehumidifying device includes a case, on which a first air inlet, a second air inlet, and an air outlet are provided, and in which a thermoelectric element, a condenser, a heatsink, and a fan are provided. The thermoelectric element has a cold surface, to which the condenser is connected, and a hot surface, to which the heatsink is connected. The fan is provided between the second air inlet and the heatsink. Airflow flowing through the condenser will be cooled and dehumidified. Each fin of the condenser has a downwardly inclined bottom side, which facilitates the dripping of the water droplets condensed thereon. Said airflow will be mixed with external airflow drawn in through the second air inlet, and then blown by the fan to flow through fins of the heatsink, bringing away heat effectively and therefore improving the dehumidifying efficiency of the device.

ENHANCED PERFORMANCE THERMOELECTRIC GENERATOR

A cooling system for a photovoltaic panel including micro flat heat pipes (HP) integrated with thermoelectric generators (TEG) and a cooled water reservoir for cooling the working fluid in heat pipes. The cooled water in the reservoir is pumped from the condensate pan of an air conditioner. Experimental results show that cooling system reduced the average temperature of the panel by as much as 19 C. or 25%. Further, the output power of the photovoltaic panel increased by 44% when the photovoltaic panel was used in a very hot climate (30-40 C.). An additional two watts of power was generated by the TEGs.

A dehumidifier unit for dehumidifying air in a container includes a Peltier element which is configured as a single-stage Peltier element and thermally connected to a cold side and to a warm side of the dehumidifier unit. The cold side is configured condense moisture of the air during operation of the dehumidifier unit. The Peltier element is clamped between the warm side and the cold side by a helical spring and a spring pin. A gland-type seal can be disposed on a side of the warm side in facing relation to the Peltier element. The gland-type seal includes a rubber bush which is received in a recess on the warm side and defined by an inner diameter which surrounds the clamping pin.
