A decorative humidifier is provided that utilizes the structural features of common houseplants in a new and advantageous ways by providing stalks or stems to form hollow water vapor conduits for humidifying vapor. A planter conceals a water source for the humidifier. Flowers at the end of the stems may serve as water vapor exits. Particular plants may be chosen for advantageous features, such as long and numerous stems and flowers that may serve as an inconspicuous vapor exits. A drying unit may be connected to the vapor tube in order to force dry air through vapor channels to prevent growth of microbes and accumulation of deposits. The natural features of a chosen plant are utilized to create a synergy between aesthetics and function in a decorative humidifier.

A humidifier has a housing that holds humidifying equipment and an image projector. The image projector is set on the top portion of the housing and includes a light source, a removable projector cover and a projector lens. Light from the light source shines through the projector lens and projector cover to project an image onto a surface of the room, such a ceiling. The humidifying equipment may be conventional in nature, including for example a fan, a water tank, a water reservoir, a filter, a filter tray or combinations thereof. The image projector may also include a rotating mechanism that causes the projected image or images to rotate. The light source may also provide different colors of light. One or more optical characteristics of the projected image, such as image size, shape, color and brightness can be changed by changing the projector lens, projector cover or both.

RESERVOIR WITH HANDLE

Provided is a reservoir (120) of a dehumidifier (100) comprising an enclosure (121) defining an interior region and an exterior region; a first guide surface operatively engaged with a first counterpart surface of the dehumidifier (100) to define a guide path (140);and a handle (130) engaged with the reservoir (120). The handle (130) comprises a grasping surface adapted for being grasped by a hand of a user. The handle (130) is rotatably movable relative to the reservoir (120) between a first position and a second position. In the first position the handle is positioned to provide means for a user to ergonomically draw the reservoir along the guide path by hand. In the second position, the handle is positioned to provide means for a user to ergonomically carry the reservoir by hand.

HUMIDIFYING DEVICE

This application relates to a humidifying device, including a shell, an air duct and an air blowing apparatus disposed in the shell, wherein a mist outlet channel, an atomizing cavity and a heating cavity communicated with the mist outlet channel are disposed in the shell; the air duct includes a first air duct communicated with the atomizing cavity and a second air duct communicated with the heating cavity; the air blowing apparatus is provided with an air outlet member, and the air outlet member is aligned with the first air duct and the second air duct, and is configured to supply a first air flow to the first air duct and supply a second air flow to the second air duct. When the humidifying device operates, the first air flow forms an atomized air flow and the second air flow forms a heated air flow then are mixed.

DEHUMIDIFIER

A dehumidifier includes a water tank, a machine body configured to be at least partially accommodated in the water tank in an idle state, and a position limiting structure including a stopper movably mounted at a side wall of the water tank. The stopper is configured to move between a first position and a second position. At the first position, the stopper is located on a movement path of the machine body moving toward inside of the water tank, to restrict the machine body from moving to the idle state. At the second position, the stopper avoids the movement path of the machine body moving toward the inside of the water tank, to allow the machine body to move to the idle state.

Steam cylinders for humidifies require periodic replacement as well as replacement to address failures etc. However, field replacement of steam cylinders is not a straight-forward operation and there is significant risk and potential for damage to the replacement cylinder and the humidifier as fluidic seals for the water inlet and steam outlet must be unmade as well as electrical connections for heater elements, level sensors etc. Accordingly, embodiments of the invention provide solutions for the deployment of replacement cylinders etc. for domestic, retail, and commercial systems that reduce the likelihood of damage to the fluidic seals, electrical connectors etc.

Evaporative humidifier and control method thereof

An evaporative humidifier including a water bucket, a tub configured to accommodate water introduced from the water bucket, a humidifying element configured to execute humidification by receiving the water accommodated in the tub and evaporating the received water, and an ultraviolet ray emitting part provided on the tub to emit ultraviolet rays to the tub.

Medical treatment apparatus and water reservoir for same

A water reservoir includes a water reservoir base configured to hold a volume of water to be used for humidification of pressurized breathable air, a water reservoir lid connected to the water reservoir base, and a compressible resilient portion configured to seal between the water reservoir base and the water reservoir lid. The base and the lid are movable relative to one another when connected whilst maintaining sealing therebetween due to the compressible resilient portion. A retainer is configured to secure the water reservoir to a water reservoir dock, and has a protrusion or recess to releasably engage one another when the water reservoir is received in the dock, with a reaction force to compression of the compressible resilient portion urging the protrusion and the recess into engagement with one another.

Humidifier arrangements and control systems

The electrical connections of a chamber or enclosure for a water tub can be protected through the use of spill element sensors. The spill element sensors can help to disable the delivery of power to the heater of a water tub in the event that the electrical connections become wet.
